It's a beautiful bank and no parking issues. I needed help opening a checking account, I didn't have to wait in line which was a plus. The people who work at the front desk area are very nice and helpful. K'Lee was the wonderful young women who helped me. She is so very nice and very smart, she answered every question I had. K'Lee did an amazing job. I'm really happy I went there and saw how nice it is and the people.Thank you banner bank and K'Lee

Kaylee is the best personal banker in town I could not have asked for a better experience then what I got with her since opening my own bank account I have taken multiple friends two of my daughters to go set up bank accounts with Kaylee she makes the experience personal and fun you can tell she truly cares

Set up a joint account in about an hour. It was a good experience. I had been to two other banks in the area that didn't seem too interested in taking my money. Their website and apps are awesome with Zelle, alerts and custom account controls. Fees are reasonable. We're happy customers.

I feel so violated.Banner Bank sold my account to STCU without my consent. Their excuse was I should have “gotten a letter” in the mail. Which I don’t appreciate being patronized either. You need my signature for that!!!!They shut my banner account off on a Friday so I had no access to my money all weekend since banks aren’t open on weekends.Immediately left both banner bank and the bank they somehow “sold my account to”.I feel so violated.The person I spoke with today told me she didn’t know where the rest of my paycheck went and I immediately started crying. I missed work today because of this. Avoid banner bank. I had no idea they could do this to people.

The garden valley. Branch here in roseburg can't keep an atm working. Six of the last seven times I have tried to use the atm in the last two months it has not been working. When you complain to beach they say it is not their atm so they can't put a sign on it to let us know. I'm sorry but if it is at your branch to use then it is your atm no matter who owns it and it is your reputation that is being tarnished not theirs. You would think a bank would care about their reputation.

If I could I would give Banner Bank NO star at all. Had a very small problem and it took them a week to figure it out... actually wait it took another week.. wait one more week.. 3 weeks later and they still haven't helped me. Not going to bank through them for the rest of my life. Show your customers you care and have the drive to ACTUALLY help them get the money they need. Hope this helps people

Amazing bank! Within walking distance to work The staff is always friendly!!! no atm fees along with atm fee reimbursement can't go wrong 10/10 would recommend and do recommend this bank and this branch.

Juan helped us perfectly!!! We absolutly loved him!! He checks with us every few months by phone to see how we are and if he can help in any way. I loved him and his excellant sevice from the start! I love the free access from Fees from everywhere!!
