The lady behind the counter didn't even know what a Bichon was. And she works at a vet. Kinda ironic. The vet Dr was super nice, we are new to the area didn't have much of a choice and my colleagues said this place was good. We shall see.

I took my toy poodle in for a ear infection (witch is very common in poodles ) and $500. Later she still had the ear infection !
