Our experience was fantastic. We were a walk-in with our dog due to something painful on her right foot. The staff was exceptionally compassionate , kind and helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you Bailey Vet Clinic.

I have a working Malinois, and health and fitness of dogs is a passion of mine, so my expectations for veterinary care are high. I came to Bailey Veterinary Clinic as a new client, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. They were welcoming, and thoroughly respectful of the dogs and the care choices I make for them. They presented options, and then took the time to listen to my feedback. They were thorough. They took the time to answer questions. Dr. Marshall was especially exceptional! But my interactions with every person there, from front desk staff to vet techs, have been wonderful. This is a challenging time to be in veterinary medicine, and these professionals are working day in and day out for the benefit of the animals with whom we all share our lives. They earned an A+ from me!

My family and I are from California and came up to visit a family friend. Our first night in Roseburg, my chihuahua ripped his duclaw darn near all the way off. This happened on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning after googling vets in the area, and Bailey's was open and had great reviews. I brought my dog in on a walk in basis and they accepted him with open arms. They were so transparent with their communications - what to expect with the wound my dog had, how they were going to treat the wound, and what to expect. They fixed my baby boy and were so sweet and considerate and empathetic. They definitely deserve more than a 5 star rating. Thank you Bailey's Veterinary Clinic!!!!

Our dog is sick. We were instructed to come in early this morning, and how to check in for a walk-in appointment. We were second in line before opening, and checked in; we noticed 6 or so people called ahead of us, and waited for several hours. We checked and let the receptionist know we there, when we finally asked what was going on, we were told we had been removed from the queue because they were "researching other vet's records," but we have never had our dog to a vet. We drove over an hour, to get him in first thing. It's an emergency. No one is open on Sundays, and now we can't get him to a competent vet until Monday; we followed all checkin procedures, gave all information, and waited patiently literally in front of the window. We love our dog, and are very worried. This delayed his care by at least 2 days, and cost us a day of our lives and significant expense just to get there with gas prices so high; I don't know why you've done this. This is NOT a responsible clinic, frankly I wouldn't trust critical care to these people AT ALL.

The lady behind the counter didn't even know what a Bichon was. And she works at a vet. Kinda ironic. The vet Dr was super nice, we are new to the area didn't have much of a choice and my colleagues said this place was good. We shall see.

I have had a few issues with Bailey's vet recently but this situation was the cherry on top. My lovely parents just moved up here with their 14 year old dog. Thursday night he started showing the signs of impending death. My parents knew to keep him from suffering, they were going to have to put him down. After many phone calls to other vets who suggested Baileys, because they have emergency services, they called them to ask for help. At this point the dog was suffering by convulsing and seizing in my mothers arms. They begged Bailey's to help them and put this dog out of his misery and give him a peaceful end. Baileys said no because they weren't an established client. Was it because of the money, they would of happily paid anything. But no, because Bailey's told them that and denied service, this dog seized to death in my mothers arms and had to sit in a box till the next day. That is very traumatic for people who loved their pet. What if they were traveling, it shouldn't matter. What they did was inhumane and the dog could of had a peaceful death. Baileys, do better.

Recently our family dog, Turbo, had a health problem and I took him to this veterinary clinic. Since COVID-19 has emerged and has effected about every facet of our lives these events for our furry members have not been left untouched. So there was protocols in place to follow in order to have our dog get seen. I was very happy with the expedience of the intake process and the exam as well. Our dog stayed the night, had some test and other things done and was ready to be picked up the next day. Turbo was very fond of the staff and was very comfortable with his stay.

We were traveling through the area far from home and late in the day to find our 5 mo old pup with an inflamed eye. We arrived at the clinic 3 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. The intake staff was welcoming and collected all our info and got us in to see the doctor. Happily it seems it was a minor bacterial infection and easy to treat. If we had not been able to get in, we would have had to wait until Monday or find an emergency vet. The doctor, assistants, and front desk staff received and treated us with smiles and pleasantness even though I was "that guy" that showed up at closing after a long day with her pup. Thank you Bailey Vet Clinic!

Over the years I have overlooked several things. Now I just cant. They are double the price of every other vet in town. They tell you that they can operate on an animal that the kabs show full kidney shut down. They try to get you to spend as much money when they could be honest and let you know that the love of your family is not able to pull through. Im so dissatisfied with there service.

First I recommend reading the reviews below. We have had Baileys a few years and it had been acceptable. Our little dog had not been doing well and my wife took her to Baileys. They did some test along with some x rays and charged us $200 no problem as they said she had congestive heart failure and enlarged heart. Ordered medication again no problem until yesterday. The dog had stopped eating and we wanted to know why and what could be done. More test and more x rays. My wife approved for blood work and they had said she was dehydrated so she approved to have her hydrated. They had put her on medication to remove water off the heart and said nothing this could happen. No x rays was approved and they charged $500. They only have one thing in mind and that is money and more money there was not one sense of compassion that our little dog was not going to be around much longer. You are not allowed to be with your dog and every thing is done over the phone. I told them that my wife did not approve the x rays and the girl said the doctor wrote that she did approve. With no one there to see or talk to anyone they could put whatever they like on the bill I believe that is exactly what they did. X ray two times in six weeks for what?? Just to make a big bill. We are on social security and this is really hard on the budget I explained this but again not one word of compassion or offer to make even a small adjustment. Run as fast as you can to get away from this place.

For a recent follow up to my dog's appointment I was told call the Dr back after waiting a long time on the phone and was eventually disconnected. The dr never did return my call although I felt sure they would. Still no contact weeks later. Now I am waiting in the car with my other dog and hid appointment is at 3. I was asked to be here at 2:45. I was here promptly, waited on hold to tell them I was here and it is now 3:20 and still none had come out to get my dog fir his scheduled appointment. We have things to do and out time is valuable too. This isn't working well for me....my experience with these bets had been fine but they are very expensive compared to my prior vet and wait times are way longer.

We have been taking our pets to Bailey for over 35 years. No more. Their quality of care has gone down drastically and their service is dismal. My dog was misdiagnosed with a cut in his paw which just got worse by the day. The bill was over $200. When I took him back they found a "mass" instead. Again the bill was over $200, even though they couldn't figure out what was going on. To get a second opinion from an Oncologist in Medford I asked that my dogs records were sent to Medford, which they weren't. Don't take your pet to them! Find another vet! Birgit J.

I am highly disappointed with this veterinarian. I have a horse who is having bathroom issues and she is in a lot of pain and discomfort. I called the number given for this office and a message center took my call and she placed me on hold while she asked the doctor if someone could make a house call for our horse. She returned and said that it would be in the afternoon (I called in around 9:00 am) before he could come out. My wife gave the address and answered the questions about our horse and so we waited. The later it got the more my wife became sure that no one was coming. I assured her that the doctor would at least call if he had other plans. It is now 6:15 pm and no one has showed up and no one has called. I was given an estimate of at least $300 got the minimum fee for the doctors visit which I agreed to. This is totally unacceptable as I could have made arrangements for someone else to come check her out. I don't know what I'm suppose to do now thanks to the unprofessional way Baileys does their customers. I will never call them again nor refer them for anything. I plan on letting everyone I know how sad this place of business is.

Baileys has turned into a money thriving clinic. Since Don, Bob, and now Blair have all left, service is horrible and do not care about our pets/ family members. They only care about the money. Our family has been with Baileys since the 60s, and since my folks experience yesterday, none of us go there any more. I'm disgusted with the service and the phone service is down right disrespectful. Everyone running around not knowing what to do. I expect their services are no longer needed. Goodbye Baileys
