Worst customer service and parts warranties I have ever had to deal with. Will sell you a faulty transmission that goes bad in a week then refuse to call you back or make it right.

I love auto zone this is the only place I go to everyone answers my questions or if they don't know they find someone who will know plus the parts are decently priced a little on the higher end but u get good parts they do have cheaper things but I only go with middle or high grade parts I don't like cheaply made when it comes to my car so I come here and the rewards program also helps alot plus the reward keeps ur receipts forever

It's really difficult because the first time they gave gave me the wrong part but they are cool because they helped me locate info to obtain the right one. In all they are pretty ok.

I just absolutely love this store every time I come in they treat me the best and make sure I get the absolute best treatment also products. It's never a very long way at all even when they're extremely busy their. Their employees are amazing always the best customer service in treating your customers with the utmost. Like today when I had to call and have then tell my boyfriend to pick up a couple jugs of water because my car was out of water. They didn't have to do yes they were more than willing to take the time out of their day to spread the word to the other employees. Love this store!
