Atrio switched me to your plan after I cancelled. I am POd. It has cost me major dr appointments for major health issues that can take 4-12 months to get in. Atrio and I are going to have a very long talk when i get back in town.

So I get denied my money refund for paying my membership for water therapy.Im a special needs physical ability .due to brittle bone osteoarthritis, an my hips,hips, an neck need surgery.i have severe bladder an a operation on my left kidney surgery,an the Roseburg,Oregon office denied me use of their restroom .now I passed on my self,they r denying me the flex card.im totally sick.of tthis.when I still have Co pays on medication prescribed by my internal med doctor.Im homeless needing a home an this county of Douglas isn't helping one bit.Where is my flex card so I can get my diabetic testing supplies,an my incontinence supplies,
