They need to once and for all fix the darn soda machine then makes us some crushed ice and hot food. Without all that they're just a boring gas station with slow attendants and overpriced cigarettes!

I'd give them a better rating if there was ever anyone to help. No one comes out of the store, (hell you're lucky of you can even find anyone in the store), they never have more then one person working and they refuse to pump your gas. In the last five times I've been there I've had to hunt them down and even when I do I get absolutely no customer service at all. I used to work for arco in Portland and there was always immediate customer service to all our customers. Only reason I go back to them is they are the cheapest in town right now.

Place was filthy and customer service was poor. Looked like the manager or boss or someone was in their car talking to friend not 30 ft from store front entry doors. All 15 or more fountain sodas were down. Sad.

The worst customer service interaction I've had in my life. Stopped on a road trip to get fuel, use the restroom, and stock up on road snacks and got shouted at repeatedly by the attendant when I asked where the restrooms were (and then again when I apologized and said there was no need to yell) because he hadn't seen us purchase fuel yet (??) he told me off and made me cry, so my partner and I went across the street to get gas and buy snacks at the larger, cleaner establishment across the street where the people working there aren't insane. Biggest asshole I've had the misfortune of interacting with in public in years. Do yourself a favor and avoid this pit stop at all costs.
