These guys must be exhausted at the end of their shifts , the amount of people and mail that they shuffle through is unfathomable, kudos to our Rogue River USPS employees for their jobs well done .

A new set of postcards needs a new set of postcard stamps. A quick stop here and a helpful clerk was able to provide me with what I needed. It's a small post office but it seems to get the job done.

does not open until 9:30, gold hill post office 10 minutes away opens at 8. routinely runs out of supplies even stamps. gold hill post office does not. during the winter holidays the line snakes out the door because everyone (including those just picking up packages that do not require payment/use of computer) has to wait in same line even tho unnecessary and inconvenient. gold hill does not. how this postmaster has managed to keep the job despite repeated failure to run things in a manner consistent with post office policy beats me...i go to gold hill every time

This kid delivering the mail can't even close the mailbox! I put a camera in it. He doesn't even try. Curly red headed male. I've had multiple items stolen. Hence why I put a camera. You can't even talk to the postmaster. Close the door!! USPS needs to pay for my stolen mail!

Called the post office yesterday to find out where my Social Security letter was, suppose to be in the mail only to find out that you guys never delivered it. I have proof that it was sent by Social Security and they confirmed it. Not giving me my mail is a federal offense, I have also sent in a complaint to the Attorney Generals Office about my mail not being sent to me by you guys. Social Security is sending me another letter and I better get this or someone within that office will be in big trouble. And someone with in that office could not help me at all. ???

Service was so good! Came with a friend who had a passport appointment and I needed one too and asked if they could squeeze me in and he did.

Received some staggeringly rude service from Monica at the Rogue River Post Office today. Monica refused to even check my tracking number on a package, which I had been informed by Amazon was being held at that location for me. According to her I would have to have Package Plus, where I have a PMB across the parking lot, inquire about the package ADDRESSED to ME, being held for my pick up there. This unfortunate news was delivered through a series of nearly indecipherable shrieks, grunts, and wild arm movements. Don't they drug test for government jobs?!

The people at the Rogue River Post office are wonderful. They are always so polite, patient, and helpful. On occasion I have witnessed them taking abuse from rude and selfish customers and they have taken it with poise. I do appreciate our little Post office in Rogue River.

Long lines and staff weren't familiar with a standard service. EDDM...every door direct mailer. Advertisements. Does no business in your town mail out coupons? Looks like a marketing avenue they should explore!

The older woman that was working at this Rogue River Post Office was horrible. She had no customer service skills, she was extremely unpleasant and rude (she obviously hates herself and her life).I explained to her that I needed some tape for my package and she refused to help me or give me some tape. I told her the Grants Pass post office does it all the time and she replied, “You should go there then.”I ship multiple packages a week with USPS with the business that I own and I will NEVER go back to the Rogue River Post Office. I wish I had the lady’s name so I could turn her in.

So I walk in stand 6 ft away from the gentleman in front of me two minutes later a lady walks in cuts in front of me in the line so I closed the gap a little and whoever the lady was behind the counter yells at me in a very rude manner telling me I need to follow social distancing rules while allowing more then ten people in the post office! 4/6/2020 @ 11:30
