“My elderly father needed to ship some items to a family member in Oklahoma. He went in and talked with the owner who suggested he come back on Monday and she would personally help him. We went back on Monday, right at opening time. Thankfully we were first in line since Monday morning is a busy time. The owner helped us efficiently and quickly. Soon after we got home she called with the tracking #. Very good and helpful service. I see that another reviewer says they were talked to "like a dog." All I can say is that we were treated with respect. The owner was no-nonsense and got the job done. I was honestly surprised at how smoothly the shipping of three awkwardly shaped items went.
