After nearly 4 years at this facility, we emptied and swept our unit on the 2nd of April, which was a Sunday. They still charged us for another full month.Crooks!

Eddie was extremely helpful. We had been traveling for four days coming from Colorado, and were supposed to move into our home. Unfortunately our home wasn't ready, so we had to rent a storage unit. Eddie was extremely helpful, in getting our unit very fastand asking if our dogs needed water as we were unloading for hours. On a very hot day. Storage unit was very clean. It's very nice to know our stuff is safe.

I wish I could give this place no stars! First off I had no problem with the old manager he was awesome. But the new people their Julian & Laura are lying thevies Julian told me I'd get my money back when I moved since I didn't stay the whole month that was a lie just to get me to pay. Laura said she'd talk to her manager since I was given false info by Julian. She never called me back & when she does it's to tell me why is there a lock on my storage well obviously I paid for a month so it's mine & she changed the gate code on me trying to rent my storage that I paid for bunch of money hungry losers Julian needs to Learn how to do his job and Laura needs to not be a b**** & hang up on a customer.

This place raises their rent every other month they switch their managers every other month everything changes it makes it a big hassle to pay your bill If you can definitely find a different place

Under new management! New manager is prompt, helpful and knowledgable. When I rented a storage two months ago, I was happy with the service and felt confident in leaving my possessions there. Thank you!

Clean and secure but I am moving out because of the rate increase when people are out of work seems to be a bit greedy. You would think that they could wait until after the shutdown is over with and people are back to work. Other than that it was pretty good. Like I said it's very clean and secure and the new management are very helpful and try to solve any preexisting problems but the increase was just too much at this time. I would rent from them again when things loosen up but money is just too tight for an increase at this time.
