SCAM ARTIST. Worst mechanic I’ve dealt with, over the past year I brought my car to Milo numerous times as I like to support local businesss and he appeared to be a nice guy. After the first few times everytime I got my car back no more than a day or two later more things would go wrong, things weren’t working, breaking down etc. I hoped it was a coincidence so I brought the car back to again pay to have it fixed. Then I started to ask around about other peoples experiences there and was bummed to hear not a single good thing about the shop and that he was shady etc. I paid to have a massive oil leak fixed among other things that ended up being a $1,200 fixed excluding the other 1-2k I already put in the car. He claims to have fixed the oil leak “it was a big job, a lot of work” even charged me more than he had originally quoted me. My car continues to fall apart and has been leaking a quart of oil every week since he “fixed” it. I’m so upset and feel completely taken advantage of. Not only did I throw all the money down the drain, I now have to put my trust and money in a new mechanic to fix it AGAIN so I can have a safe reliable car. Please don’t give this guy any of your business he doesn’t deserve it. He WILL take your money, lie to your face and do it all again if you give him the chance.

Milo's is a great place to have your car, truck, or RV worked on. Everyone that works there is honest and professional. I have had them work on a couple if my trucks and have always been extremely happy with the price and service. They are conveniently located right off highway 5 at exit 48 in Rogue River. I would not hesitate to have them work on any vehicle I own. Absolutely no disappointments here.

While looking for a car for a family member took a car to Milo 4 a pre buying inspection. He was very thorough and very honest on the car and got it in right away.How are you Had an awesome experience highly recommended shop anybody looking for a shop

Milo has been doing routine maintenance on several of my vehicles for more than 10 years. I have always been pleased with his work. We breed goats at our farm in Wimer and were on our way to a show in CA when a brake locked on the trailer and wore a tire down to the rim. We stopped at the Standard station across from Milo's shop at 7:30 AM with a trailer full of goats. Milo arrived at his show before 9 and got right on it. He replaced the tire, the seized wheel bearing, repaired the damage brake shoes and checked the electric brake function. We were back on the road before 11. That kind of service is hard to find. We have had problems with rodent damage. They had set up house inside the evaporator coils in our new Toyota Tundra. We used Milo rather than the dealer. It was a major repair, very expensive, but necessary. I trust his work and am satisfied with the result.He has done timing belt replacement, several AC service and repairs, oil changes and numerous won't start / won't hold a charge / windshield wipers won't wipe / heater hose blown and several general tune-ups. The combination of AAA and Milo has taken care of our general auto repair needs ever since we moved here from CA.If you're looking for smartly dressed technicians with framed certificates on the wall, two-tier Snap-On tool rollaways, spotless facilities with coffee and snack bar, loaner vehicles, computer gurus and front-end sales "associates", go to Toyota/Chevrolet/Ford/Honda etc. These people are down-home grimy-handed mechanics. No more, no less.Incidentally, I am NOT the D Norton in a previous review.

TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!!Filling this out for my father since he doesn’t have a way to post this:I’ve avoided this place as much as I can because I know he takes advantage of people. On March 30th right as I was leaving out of town, the temperature gage on my car stopped working, I reluctantly pulled in because it was my only option. He said it was a sensor unit, he’d charged me $150 and take a couple hours so I agreed since I was in a rush. He told me it wasn’t the sensor unit but the connection, I paid and left.Exactly one month later the same issue appeared so I took it back to him. He told me my car needed a new thermostat, charged me $250, took 3 days to get it back to me. I told another mechanic I didn’t feel comfortable, so he gave me the old thermostat and told me how to test it at home. I tested it by doing the way the mechanics told me to do it, and it worked perfect.A 15-30 minute job turned into 3 days, and charged me a total of $400 for a part that would only cost me $10. DONT GO HERE!!!!

Milo's was able to take in one my customers who's car broke down on I-5 Sunday afternoon. By Monday they were working on it.

He takes advantage of people and situations. My vehicle leaks more liquid than before I took it to him. I'm quite sure that I helped pay for his trip to Cabo last year. Don't use this service!!!!!!!Service: Auto maintenance

I was visiting family in the area. The day I was leaving to return to California, my fuel pump went out on my truck. I was staying at the Best Western in Rogue River and the wonderful people there referred me to Milo's. Milo's took my truck in that day; they were amazing and had it fixed the very next day! Thank you so much to the men of Milo's for getting the job done so quickly and for doing such a wonderful job!
