“I had an incident on the way home from Drakes Paint in Grants Pass. I got home and I had paint dripping out of the back of my truck. One of the gallons of paint tipped over and spilled out. I called Drakes and spoke to John, he immediately apologized and not only offered to replace the gallon I
lost but offered another gallon for all of the trouble of cleaning it up. Honestly this is not what I expected, this is truly what good service from a respectable business should be.
I absolutely will be using Drakes in the future, not only is Benjamin Moore the best paint I have ever used but I can't say enough about what great people they are to deal with.”

When Ben Stuby transferred to manage Roseberg, it broke our hearts and we miss him dearly. But Grants Pass got a new manager who truly dedicates her time with ease and is super to work with as well.
