The nurses are great but dr.hall is indignant and Condescending.she should also make sure patients can't hear her when she talks about them. The reality is this place is gone down hill since doctor mike retired.

Dr. Kristy Hall is excellent. Very thorough. She pulled a tooth and took seeds out of our dog's ear but was mindful regarding the special blood type our dog has, which can spell trouble regarding anesthesia.

Early this morning my heeler pup was running in a field and got a foxtail lodged in his ear canal. We were able to get in the same day and it all got handled. It was reasonably priced and the service was great. I’m thankful to have called here as I didn’t have a vet prior to this. This will be where I go from now on.

I had an issue going on with my dog and I call and they had to refer me to an animal hospital... No new patients but yet my dog is suffering and there's no cancellation list. It was probably just a simple little thing and they could have just probably took about fifteen minutes to look at my dog... Treat her and and then go. Disappointing.

Doctor Hall is wonderful. Very thorough and she explains things so well. Jared, Logan ,Mary, the wonderful staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you guys for taking care of my baby!

If I could give zero stars would, they like to rip people off and take their money for absolutely nothing.this place is a scam they'll rip you off not considerate and understanding of people's needs if they don't care about your needs they're definitely not going to care about your dogs

Had a cat emergency, and called around... Kept running into cold "we're full go away" vibes, until I called the Animal Clinic of Rogue River... They were much more human and sympathetic, and so just simply made it work. Much appreciated guys!! Lessons learned: (1) There is a veterinarian shortage in southern Oregon, much like everywhere else, so it's a good profession to get into. (2) If you're calling in distress and desire to be met at a human caring level, this place hasn't traded their heart for stone.

I have a dog that had not been seen here before. He’s a foster then adopted dog. He got very ill suddenly, his face swelled up and he was so lethargic he couldn’t keep his eyes open. They had me come in right away! She kept him, and did surgery on her lunch break. What kind of an angel!My little buddy is doing fantastic! Thank you Dr. Hall. AND! Your amazing staff!!!!
