My doctor ordered Diflucan from California. I have Kaiser however in the past I pay less than $10 at CVS so it wasn’t worth it for me to go through Kaiser. I picked up two pills $68! If you look it up, you can see the retail price is around $10 at the most $24. I tried to contact administration and everyone has an answer machine and said they would call me back which they didn’t. I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist was not available. This is definitely price gouging terrible.

Worst Emergency services, and Pharmacy services, I have ever experienced. My daughter and her friend had consumed a toxic cleaning chemical from a convenience star coffee machine and when we called poison control they recommended that they go into emergency asap. Upon doing so, the Lower Umpqua Hospital Emergency services treated them like they were crazy, and sent them home with no medical advice, except to come back IF they got worse. I had to take them to the Florence Hospital Emergency where they were respected and treated. Then the pharmacy was closed today, although their phone service said they were open.

This has been a sad time for a reason for it reach Park Pharmacy closed lower Umpqua Pharmacy is overloaded slow and almost impossible to get your prescription filled the same day

Last time I paid out of pocket cause they couldn't figure out the insurance, this time I've been waiting 3 hours so far just to be told it will be another hour. Nice people working here, but that doesn't really excuse the mess.Edit. And insurance is messed up again... This is the only place that can't figure out how to bill the VA.

Literally the most difficult pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with!!!! First they don’t answer there phone at all!!!!!!!, when they get scripts sent to them from the hospital or your doctor they don’t fill it till you get ahold of them to do so which would be fine if they answered there phone instead of going and waiting in a line of 10 or more people for an hour just to tell them you want it filled. Went in today to get a new script I was put on from my dr and they won’t even start to fill it until 24 hours has gone by? What? Never encountered that at a pharmacy. Would never recommend this pharmacy.

I was scheduled to. have a Colonoscopy. The pre and post-op needs improvement. I was put in a big room without curtains or divider for privacy. They don't. supply a belongings bag to put clothes and shoes in. Just leave on bathroom floor. Sara was my nurse took good care of me. Had a man doctor using the phone while I was in there post op no privacy at all. Definitely big difference. than Kaiser Oakland and Richmond , Ca.
