I was there last week. I was asking for specific change and was very appalled by the clerk answering that he already got that specific currency. That he regularly buys out specific change when it arrives. I will be closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.

The most fraudulent and corrupt banking system in America, should be all you need to know. They can hire as many smiling faces they want, with their fancy colognes and perfumes, flaunting their latest TJ Maxx purchases, and it still doesn't repair the extremely flawed and delayed payments/deposits processes, the horrendous online system or the fact that they take money when they want...but oh you want your money within 24 hours of deposit??psssshh ?

I don't personally bank at Wells Fargo, but once a month I deposit my rent there. The lobby is clean and Covid-compliant, the staff is outstanding- friendly, fast and easy to work with. I'm in and out and on my way, but always after a quick chat and a nice word. We need more of that- especially in banking.

I have a dispute over a transactioni receved a email.and it had a number to call so i called it. After a 15 minute wait I was given a number and transfered to someone else as soon as i was transfered the call went all static. I called my bank and was told i have to make an appointment. She was very rude. The bank notified me thankfully so why cant the bank stop payment before its made.

Collin and Angelica where so helpful! I had a misunderstanding about my account, and they where very patient in explaining everything to me, they both stopped what they where working on to help me and they even came up with a solution. This is a fantastic bank, the customer service is wonderful and I would definatly reccomend them.

If you love their ATM stealing your money, charging you a late fee (when you paid on time) and saying your account is past due (again when it was paid on time) and your credit score destroyed , then this is a great place to go!

The people are friendly but there are pros and cons. Pros 1. you can access your banking online 2.They can help you with a credit card Cons 3. The employees are friendly, but not always helpful 1. You only get 6 transfers a month 2. Does not have a change counter, so when you get tips or gather extra change together they have to go through and count everything, takes ALOT of time. 3. I don't recommend coming here if your wanting to be in and out. 4. You will have problems with your account being double charged for fees.

If you need help go see Catherine she goes above and beyond to help you! Switched from the Wells Fargo in Safeway to this one because she switched.
