I just called at 5:15 PM on a Saturday, asked the operator if someone in the meat department could tell me if there were any packs of Chicken thighs out, as there were none this morning when I was there, and nobody working in the meat department. It rang off the hook. Called back,: Can someone from grocery or deli look before I drive there? Connects me with Deli. 30 rings later, nobody is home. They are open until 11:00, but it seems the lights are on but nobody's home. Starting to wonder if I could just go down there at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and just clean the place out?

Went to cash a check website said customer service was open and it wasn’t and not one employee could answer my questio. About if there was someone that was here to cash it. I hate coming to this Walmart.

Walmart Vision Center in Redmond, Oregon needs a new manager. Manager, Lisa is the worst I have ever dealt with, obnoxious, will not listen, never shuts up and allows a person to clarify or explain a situation. The sales person I dealt with was nice but there was a clarification needed with the doctor's prescription I took in. It was agreed she and I would each message my doctor to get his advice to complete the order. I left at 4:45 on Friday, called back at 10am on Saturday to see if doctor had responded. He had not, given it was a weekend and he is not in on weekend. I talked with Lisa, the manager who informed me she had cancelled the order ( order should not have been placed until doctor responded) because doctor response was not received that day. I asked if my credit card had been refunded, as I had paid in advance as required. She replied I would have to drive to the store with my receipt before the amount was refunded. This did not make sense, they had my account information and I live 30 miles away from the store. When I arrived at the store with my receipt and questioned why the order had been sent in when the needed information had not received, she stated that as soon as I made payment, it is policy to send order immediately. I responded ," If you ordered it the glasses would have been incorrect because you did not have the doctor's clarification on the prescription". She then accused me of illegally trying to change the prescription." She would not listen to my explanation, just kept running her mouth loudly, talking over me. I finally raised my voice and told her if she would just shut up and give me a chance to talk and explain, she might understand. That just made her demeanor more defiant. I had to wait 20 minutes for the transaction to refund my payment because she was so riled up she could not get the register to complete the transaction. She left to room 3 times trying to find a supervisor to come unlock the machine for her so I could get a receipt. It was bizarre!! I certainly will never do business again at Redmond Walmart Vision Center and am passing the word. You can read my review posted on Walmart Vision Center=Ripoff as well.

They can't take NFC (Tap To Pay) transactions??? NONE OF THEIR REGISTERS ARE SET UP FOR IT! Seriously? Tap to pay has been around since keychain credit cards circa 1993! Get with the times Walmart FFS.

What is happening with this location and their pick up slots? I live TWO hours away and it used to be very convenient to pick a day/time. Now, there is NOTHING to choose! I'm sure they want customers back in the store, but that won't be me. Going forward, It will be Safeway drive up. Or Winco if I arrive early enough to not have to fight the crowds.

Worst place ever!! They are not open 24/7 it's a lie! Stop saying that you guys are open 24/7 when is not true!! They never have cashier.. their customers service sucks.. their employees are rude,careless, unprofessional, they never know where things are and their meats bad quality.

well i must say that the social distancing by extending there hours to 10pm surely dont help us shoppers when the shelves are poorly stocked and that's the entire store...i do have to say that the customer service by the employees is way more professional than the actual managers on duty ...management seems to have many attitudes and when ever u come to walmart it doesn't matter what time it happens to be when you need assistance there is no one available except for other customers in store... thats why being open 24/7 at least customer service was way better by the graveyard crew that was stocking the shelves:) btw if you are not open 24/7 then you should follow up on this hours of operation for redmond walmart superceenter cause it is incorrect and faulse advertising... thats my input about redmond supercenter walmart... i have been in customer service for over 30 plus years of my life time and its so hard for me to get use to how customers get treated here with sour looks for there customer service.. should always leave all personal problems at home or at the back door and come to your place of work with a smile and a good positive attitude...no matter whats happening in all of your lives.. çustomer service is # 1, no matter what...so i could continue to keep writing this novel but i will end it here...hope some inprovments can be made to make this a better place to come and shop for those people who like walmart... 2 star is all i can give for now!!!!

The worst place to shop if you'd like to be watched by store employees. Deli department mis marked some food and when we went to self checkout in which whats your options when only 2 cashiers working. Night manager waited till we were all paid and on way out to pull me and husband to a room and embarrassed us causing my anxiety to go into panic attack. People who spend alot of time buying from walmart, as regular customers only to be felt singled out after that isn't going to keep loyal customers. It only takes 5 people to tell 5 more people and so on....taking our business elsewhere

Imagine this scenario if you will, you're at timbers north finishing your 7th whiskey and you're getting a hankering for some cheetos and know you should probably be calling an uber soon. But where will your chariott deliver you to? Sure you could go to 7-11 and browse amonst the crowded shelves shoulder to shoulder with drunk teenagers. But no, you're an adult. You head to walmart. Because where else can you buy holiday themed candy, cookies in bulk, cheetos and a plethora of other home goods and snacks. This is no ordinary walmart either, this is a walmart supercenter and you are a red blooded American. In addition to the snacks you can grab a toilet brush, a shotgun pending local firearm laws and a hannah montana shirt. Heck, you can even buy a nice gold bracelet for the wife who will be unamused with you stumbling around the house in your python cowboy boots after throwing a few too many back. Heck, if you time it right you can grab a sixer of bud heavy and a sleeve of grizzly to keep the party going. 10/10 would return.
