Even though they are short staffed, overwhelmed, and degraded by customers on a daily basis, they will get the job done, and they are all so incredibly kind. Thank you Jennifer the pharmacist for everything you do! Jennifer is extremely thorough and you can tell she genuinely cares about everyone that has their prescription filled. I had a consultation for a medication I’ve been taking for years and at first I was slightly annoyed, because I’ve been on it for so long, however she informed me of certain side effects that can occur while taking this medication and I had NO idea!! After 10 years I was completely unaware of this certain side effect and after following up with my doctor, I had my medication switched and I no longer suffer from manic episodes, and heart palpitations. She literally helped change my life. Thank you so much Jen! I wouldn’t be where I am today if you wouldn’t have provided me with that information.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! The constant back and forth with my existing pharmacy & them….Was told they had my child’s prescription on hand, but they had to send the fax to our current pharmacy…so in the meantime I guess they gave it away & are now out of stock?? Absolutely horrible! To mess with anyone’s prescriptions is not ok, but a child’s?! I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy to anyone

I live in Bend, but the Walgreens here was such a mess today that I drove to the Redmond store, Even arriving less than ten minutes before they closed, Casey and Alyson could not have been kinder or more professional to me.They absolutely saved my day!! THANK YOU!!!

I never write reviews, but this might just be the most dysfunctional pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of using. It's impossible to get a refill in a timely manner (at least 5 days) and god forbid you need them to call your doctor for a prescription refill. Then it's over a week long wait, or until you can't wait any longer and you call them on the phone begging for help. Their excuse is that there's an issue with your insurance, but then it turns out that there was never any problems to begin with?I can't even imagine how people who need controlled substances could use this pharmacy. It must be an absolute nightmare and my heart goes out to them.

Rating is F-. Terrible. Vaccine appt at 12:30, have been sitting here waiting. It's 1:25pm, asked where I was in the queue, now she says they're going to lunch and I can come back at 2pm! No explanation, no apology.

This pharmacy sucks, they made me wait 5 days to fill my prescription, which I was out of. My husband AND myself had to wait on hold multiples times for over an hour. Then when I finally got in touch with them and they said they could fill it, I got an automated phone call right after I hung up with the pharmacy telling me there was a problem with my insurance.I drive the half hour to the pharmacy from my home, only to show up and be told the prescription isn’t ready cause of the issue with my insurance…and when the pharmacy tech checks the issue…THERE IS NO ISSUE (which I already knew). So not only is it 5 days late, it’s not ready, and it’s because no one actually checked what the insurance issue was…So I wait 30+ minutes for the prescription to be done and I get an alert that it’s ready to pick up, but no one calls me up or lets me know it’s ready, even though I’ve been waiting for it right there and they told me to wait…so eventually I get BACK in the long line a second time to get it. And when I get up to the counter, the other pharmacy tech says to the woman at my cash register ‘oh hers is done’…so knowing I was waiting, seeing me waiting, knowing it was done and never communicating another word to me about it. Never telling me To get back in line when I get the text that’s it’s ready. Every time I’ve ever waited for a script at the pharmacy, they call me up when it’s done. Which they did for other folks who were waiting around me.This pharmacy is awful. Find somewhere else.

Worst Walgreens I ever visited. The pharmacy is complete joke, they close early or just don't even bother opening. They don't answer the phones, the drive through is closed when it's supposed to be open. Employees could gaf about anything.

Always understaffed. I would imagine it wouldn't be if they offered better wages. 1 hour in line to get a prescription filled.Switched pharmacies, this is the last time I come here.

Ordered two photo books that printed with physical defects. When I pointed this out to management they said “that’s just what our machine does…” And they charge $40 a book…. Some of the worst and laziest customer service.

Friendly, clean and well stocked. I typically find all that I need at Walgreens. The staff in the photo department was very helpful when I was attempting to make prints from my iPhone.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Rude staff, ridiculous wait times, incorrect billing of insurance. Was told my scrip would take an hour to fill, came back after 90 minutes, was told come back after lunch. Came back at 5pm and still nothing. Would not recommend filling ANY lifesaving medications here. You'll be dead long before they get the lead out.

Had questions about the sale of items i bought on sale, was told their no longer on sale even thought the tags are still on them, they dont have the time to change them and wont honor them. Then asked if they had more of something available, there was a deep sigh and I was told I was asking for to much. Also 2 of the employees smelled so bad. Used to love this store but no longer recommend it.
