I never have come to this drive-through pharmacy ever feeling as if things were easy. Big lines, big waits, even after The doctor called it in the day before..They still didn’t have it ready when I came to pick it up so frustrating. It’s like no one cares

The cashier was trying to charge me 33 dollars for 4 monsters. He tried to up charge me the entire time and refused to honor any of the deals like 2/5. Ended up charging me more than it would’ve been anyways. Worth driving to another Walgreens to avoid this store with this senile old man

Our neighborhood store. Great pharmacy with caring staff always busy. They have the basic makeup and toiletries. This is a much older and smaller Walgreens . They don’t have the huge long rows of merchandise, because there isn’t the space that the new stores have.
But you don’t have to wait long to check out because they have plenty of help at the front. It’s very nice patient employees. I’m grateful this store exists here.

Always an insane wait in line. No drive thru. Pharmacy service severely lacking and under staffed. Definitely get the vibe employees are miserable

Rating is F-. Terrible. Vaccine appt at 12:30, have been sitting here waiting. It's 1:25pm, asked where I was in the queue, now she says they're going to lunch and I can come back at 2pm! No explanation, no apology.

Take all Rx meds elsewhere! No staff. No communication. Random hours. Out of medication and have to order from another store; supplier, etc. Cannot rely on anything from Walgreens. It’s not staff fault but cooperate… So if you can, tell them with your dollars, that they need to fix this.

Prescriptions get stuck in limbo for days or weeks. They've stopped answering their phones. I've spent 3+ hours on hold this week. The line is long all day.
