This store screwed up so bad that I had taken me 3 months and 10+ hours to get it straightened out. They double charged me for my phone and when I brought it to their attention they said I had to take it up with my bank. Then once the credit card removed the charge Verizon tried to stick the $900 on my month bill. The general manager at this store was so unhelpful, she said she would do something and never followed through. One of the worst customer service attitudes I have ever encountered. Save your self the head and drive to Bend.

Verizon is a great place. And I got a really great phone. The only thing I can say that I'm not very happy about is that I'm very bummed. I'm disabled and I'm trying very hard to live on a budget. And they told me that might phone. Bill was only going to be a certain amount which I just start information. That's going to be 10 times the amount that is supposed to be and it's not supposed to be due for a month. But yet I'm supposed to pay it next week. I'm not sure how I'm gonna do that, but. I'm gonna get down because I love the phone and I do love their service

Just walked out of the Verizon store here in Redmond. If I had 3 thumbs, they would all be up. The customer service I received from Bronstan was EXCEPTIONAL. He was tenacious in getting my trade in value for me. Made several phone calls to various departments within the company to get it to go through. (Not sure what the problem was, but he fixed it.) He was so much fun to work with, I didn't mind the wait. Give that guy a raise...he deserves it!! Thanks for helping me.

I switch from a different phone company but was still paying of three of our phones. They did not tell us if we were paying on the phones that they will lock our phones. I could not get a phone because I did not get approved for more phones we had to open up two accounts. I also went back in to see if they would do anything. They would do nothing. I am going to try one of the other stores in town. Also I am a veteran and they did not even tell me I had to go to a web site to get the discount! I had to find out from the other Verizon store in town.

Took my old Google pixel 6 in to be either repaired or repaced. Could not call out. Verizon tech said SIMM card might fix this little problem. Sure enough Todd Janson (I think) took the phone and had a new SIMM card in it in about 10 minutes. And tested. Old Pixel 6 has been working just fine since. Thanks to this young man, Todd. We have been in the store a few times over the years and always not a real nice experience. We only had old flip phones until recently and you folks were not thrilled to work on them. But your'e looking up.

After I recieved my replacement insurance claim phone in the mail from Asurion (Asurion, the company that handles insurance protection on the other hand is straight garbage) after I tried to activate it was left with no service on either phone. I eventually made the decision to go into my local Verison store for help. I was super frustrated at this point and walked in with a little bit of an attitude coming at the first employee I saw and spitting off what the problem was and that they needed to figure it out fast cause my dog was in the car and it was already hot. The employee Zayn didn't even skip a beat and offered me to go get my dog and bring her in and immediately got to work. He dealt with customer service until THEY finally fixed the mistake the Asurion Help Line customer service had made the night before that was disrupting my service. Although the customer service people took so long, Zayn was incredibly nice, calm, and knowledgeable and I felt confident the entire time that the issue would be resolved promptly. And I was so gracious for his help and being able to allow my dog with me otherwise I would still be without a working phone! He even had jokes! Did you hear the news about the broom? Its sweeping the nation!Definitely left happy being a Verizon customer and reminded of why I left Boost mobile long ago and confident if I have any problems in the future I would much rather just come into the store knowing they will resolve it and I can save myself the annoyance of trying to deal with customer service over the phone by myself.If you need anything, ask for Zayn! He's your guy!

I went to Verizon twice to change our phone lines to business lines for my business. The first two gentlemen told me I had to "purchase" more phones and have 4 phone lines before I could switch to business lines. huh? So, I left. Only to receive a call from the local guy claiming he was in charge of all the business accounts in Redmond and Bend. Told him what happened, and he apologized and said they were wrong. You can have a business plan with just one phone. what a waste of my time! So I scheduled a time with him, came in AGAIN, discussed the plan AGAIN. He was going to email me what documents I needed to send him within 2 days. ******** NEVER....HEARD....FROM HIM AGAIN!! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN REDMOND?! y'all SUCK!!. So, basically unless your "buying" an item, no one and I mean NO ONE will help you with your plans. It's working off commission so NO ONE CARES if your plan needs adjusting or fixed. I will now travel outside the Central Oregon area to purchase business phones and anything else to do with our plan. Incompetent, lazy, disrespectful workers, waste of my time! DON'T GO HERE! Redmond, OR Verizon store.

Was a total Fiasco was there for several hours and then I was ripped off by the company. They will tell you what your bill supposedly is but they will Jack it up each month and it will increase month after month. I urge any of you that this happens to you to call the Federal Trade Commission and the FCC and file a complaint against them as I have done.

2/18/23- Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have been a Verizon customer for 15 years. The manager Stephanie was very rude, condescending and they will be losing a customer due to her. Horrible manager.
