Took my old Google pixel 6 in to be either repaired or repaced. Could not call out. Verizon tech said SIMM card might fix this little problem. Sure enough Todd Janson (I think) took the phone and had a new SIMM card in it in about 10 minutes. And tested. Old Pixel 6 has been working just fine since. Thanks to this young man, Todd. We have been in the store a few times over the years and always not a real nice experience. We only had old flip phones until recently and you folks were not thrilled to work on them. But your'e looking up.

I went to Verizon twice to change our phone lines to business lines for my business. The first two gentlemen told me I had to "purchase" more phones and have 4 phone lines before I could switch to business lines. huh? So, I left. Only to receive a call from the local guy claiming he was in charge of all the business accounts in Redmond and Bend. Told him what happened, and he apologized and said they were wrong. You can have a business plan with just one phone. what a waste of my time! So I scheduled a time with him, came in AGAIN, discussed the plan AGAIN. He was going to email me what documents I needed to send him within 2 days. ******** NEVER....HEARD....FROM HIM AGAIN!! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN REDMOND?! y'all SUCK!!. So, basically unless your "buying" an item, no one and I mean NO ONE will help you with your plans. It's working off commission so NO ONE CARES if your plan needs adjusting or fixed. I will now travel outside the Central Oregon area to purchase business phones and anything else to do with our plan. Incompetent, lazy, disrespectful workers, waste of my time! DON'T GO HERE! Redmond, OR Verizon store.

I decided I wanted the best cell phone service available, and everyone knows that's Verizon. I wasted two whole days and accomplished Nothing. So I Spent literally all day online with Verizon signing up for new service and 2 new phones. Qualified & approved with no problems. I have great credit, great steady income, never late on bills/payments, and a homeowner. I finally get done after many many hours of chatting online and by phone and I receive an email saying my order is complete. I had confirmation numbers and everything. Then I receive an email saying I need to submit a copy of just my drivers license which I did with no problems. I check my order and it says it's processing. Then no new email. I check my order again but this time it says on hold. So I call to find out why my order says it's on hold. The person tells me my order was on hold for some reason. She asked me if I would wait a few minutes so she could find out why. I say sure because I need answers. She then comes back on line to tell me that my order was cancelled because they couldn't verify my identity. I say "How can I fix it"? She says you can't and I can't. What??? Since when does a drivers license not work for verifying identity which is what they asked for? If you Verizon needed more verification Just tell me, but do Not completely ignore your new customers like they don't even exist. I get no where with the person on the phone and she says she will get a supervisor on the phone (yeah right, I used to work customer service for many years and that's code for just a another voice on the phone and a very rude voice at that) I ask the next person on the phone how can I fix this so my order goes through and I said I can even run down to a verizon store and physically show my license and/or any other document to verify my identity and the very rude person says I can't fix it and suggested I buy a prepaid!! WHAT!? He didn't offer to help me at all. He didn't even offer to redo my order or anything! Just tells me to buy a prepaid! I don't need or want a prepaid, I need Verizon Cell Phone service with two new phones which I qualified for just fine! If I wanted or needed a prepaid I would have already done so before contacting you Verizon for your great phone service & new phones! This experience was very very hurtful to me and is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. All I wanted & Still want is some honest help and to sign up for Verizon service and buy 2 new phones which I qualified for just fine for both. Instead I was treated like dirt and made me feel very hurtful & unwanted by Your Verizon employees.

Chandler is the worst store manager I have ever dealt with. Apparently, you are to make an appointment to conduct business here. I just returned to the states from an Africa mission trip and came Immediately across the country to celebrate the 4th and a wedding with my boyfriend's family. I did not have a car and they have been very busy so when I finally got a lift to the far away store 45min away from closing to be turned away, I was very disappointed. This was a Thursday night and the manager said they book through Tuesday. I politely mentioned that no one else was in the store and begged for help as I didn't know when I would have another opportunity to resolve this. he said that he needed me to leave so he could lock up. I asked if they closed at 6, why he was closing 45min early. He said his appointments were done and he didn't have any more staff. I asked him why someone would choose Verizon as a carrier with this type of customer service to which Chandler replied, "I believe I have answered all of your questions." My boyfriends dad said that was very rude to which Chandler further replied, "Now you need to leave the store. Both of you need to get out." If you expect to be treated with any courtesy or receive any customer service, go somewhere else.

Tried to cancel service for my deceased father, and got a lot of "we can't do anything but sell you a phone. That would be too much power for us to close accounts. Call the main number." This is why I left years ago, and why you should avoid this store. They can only sell you a phone

Taylor was so helpful! I'm from out of state and traveling with a 3 year old can get a little crazy. He was quick to get me set up with and IPad and even went above and beyond to help me download educational app to keep my niece entertained. Such an awesome employee! If anyone gets the opportunity to work with Taylor I promise he won't disappoint you!

My phone died over night and I thought it was the cold weather that made it difficult to charge the iPhone. Wrong. Relying always on this type of communication, I realized a run to to Redmond was necessary to find a Verizon store and see what exactly was going on with my iPhone. Being a veteran, I rely heavily on this communication to speak to my Drs. and most important my family. The store not hard to find. Entering Redmond there was my saving grace: VERIZON and it was open! As I walked into the store, a representative asked how she could help. It is wonderful to know individuals who work for Verizon care and give the best service to those individuals needing their help. Carrie was knowledgeable in all facets of her job and she gave my scenario 100 percent attention to find what exactly was giving me a problem. Recommendations were made to test all wires, plugs and yes even the phone. It so comforting to know my phone is operating again. Thank you Verizon and thank you, Carrie.

Very disappointed in the manager and sales representative. Was told that the iPhone 7 and 7plus that we owned outright from us cellular would not work on Verizon. They were more then happy to sell us new phones. After leaving this store on highway 97 redmond Oregon so we could investigate their claim of our phones not working on Verizon we went to a different Verizon store (corporate) same as Redmond and they had no problem connecting all of our phones including the iPhone 7 and 7 plus to Verizon network. I would recommend never going to the Redmond's highway 97 store the staff being a commission sales pay structure was totally taking advantage of customers and lack of knowledge of cell phones to sell them something they didn't need. Great phone service. Customer service in this store any thing but. While waiting on me as I was buying two phones the sales person started helping someone else. Left us just sitting there twiddling our thumbs. Yes our phones had been downloading data, were done and it would have taken him a couple of minutes to finish us up.

Took my Mom in to the Redmond Verizon store 7/22/2016 and a young man named Eric waited on us. He not only answered all of my Mom's questions about her phone, he took time to explain everything in detail and was very kind. We didn't need anything and he didn't try to sell us anything, just gave us pure customer service.

Wait times are very long, even for what I thought would be a quick return. Prices are very high--up to $85 for phone cases.

Horrible wait times ALWAYS. very slow turn around times...you will actually here them talking about the weather while the store is full of waiting customers that pay top dollar for "the best customer service "
