Do your damn job until you close, I don't care if there's 10 minutes left in the day. Don't put it to voicemail twice, do a quick pickup hang-up a 3rd time then answer the 4th time with horrible attitude as if I ruined your day. If you don't like your job, then get a grip and move on. UPS would probably do better without your presence.

They deserve negative stars. Waste of time if you need anything, other than return for Amazon. They don't want to work just be lazy and arrogant.

I asked Cathy if there was white out I can use or will I have to buy one. She went on to tell me that the store did not use white out but she’ll go see if there’s any in the back. She came out with one but it was empty. I asked if there was another one but she told me there wasn’t. The young gentleman there says there is and went to go grab it. After using it I made 4 copies. I asked Cathy if I would have to pay for the copies but before answering she reached for the white out as if I was going to walk out with it. After I handed it to her, she tried to charge me for more copies than I made. I politely corrected her and she goes on to tell me that she actually could have changed me for a number of other services. The only service I use was the copier for the 4 copies. I didn’t appreciate the rudeness, lies or service she provided. Mush rather be helped by the young man whose name tag I didn’t get a good look at. I believe it was “clay” or “flay”

I recently sent a small print job to this store and was impressed by the service I received. I had put the wrong dimensions in and they called to ensure I knew what I was getting. I met them in the store and they talked me through some options. Everyone working was happy and seemed like they enjoyed being there. Although this is a big company, this store has a local feel.

My first experience with this location was fantastic! I had four separate returns for Amazon and they helped me with no issues. While I was waiting in line I watched all the employees handle numerous customers with various tasks and each employee was professional and pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location again.

I legitimately can’t believe I’m writing a review for a UPS store, but they have earned five star review from me! I have never had a bad experience at this location. They are personable, helpful far beyond what would be expected, and highly competent! Keep up the great work!

The people at UPS have always been great! They're helpful & kind, even if they are crazy busy...but MELISSA has been especially wonderful! I have been having issues recently with printing my shipping labels from online sales & twice now, she has literally stopped everything she was doing just to help me. Idk what I would've done w/o her assistance. Thank you Melissa & thank you UPS (:

Worst customer service! New Year’s Eve we arrived at 3:11 pm to drop off an urgent shipment that had the label and everything ready to go, only needed to hand the box to a person inside the UPS Store. Google and everything online said they close at 5 pm today. When we arrived, the door was locked, 3 people were working inside, they decided to close at 3 pm. My daughter and I both begged for them to JUST TAKE THE PACKAGE. It’s all they had to do. One person came over to the door and just tapped on her phone and pointed to a small note in the window saying they were closed at 3 pm, BUT the official sign said 5 pm still. Again, all online posts for this UPS store said 5 pm closing also. We had to go all the way to Bend to ship it from the Pack, Ship and More store.

Big shout out to Jayme and Andde- we had a bunch of wedding flowers we needed to overnight ship to Texas for preservation, and they were so helpful and nice (and funny). We've sent stuff from this store in the past and made the drive over from Sisters because we figured if anyone could help us figure this out it would be them, and they did. Flowers got there in perfect condition this morning. Thank you guys!!

I had a challenging piece of furniture to package and ship. Jayme, assistant manager, took charge of this project and made it happen. I was impressed with her professionalism, communication skills, and knowledge about her business and the services it offers. A shining example of superb customer service.
