The human with the short blue hair is so unbelievably rude. Wish I didn't need to use the UPS services or I'd never have to interact with them again. Yikes bro.

Since I live in the moderate sized town of Redmnd Oregon, I somewhat regularly turn to online shopping to find the things I can't find at home. This can result in the need to return some merchandise that doesn't fit or look as good as it did online. The best place I've found for shippiing is UPS in the parking lot of the Fred Meyer Store in Redmond. I've never encountered an employee in this store who wasn't friendly and well trained. I recently had a mess on my hands and the person helping me, Cathy, smoothly got everything worked out, and didn't grumble at all about staying 10 minutes past cloosing time to get my package send out!! And, Melissa, the Store Manager is a joy to work with! I had brain surgery several years ago which can make things like this more of a challenge, but this store has been a real blessing for me!! Try it, you won't be sorry!! Diane Mealey

I have ALWAYS received 5 star service from this store/location. I have been helped by several different customer service workers and each one has been a delight and so helpful whether I'm shipping something, returning an Amazon item or need a notary. It has never wavered whether I'm the only customer or it is at the height of Christmas and they are insanely busy. I have witnessed customers lose their cool and I have been impressed with how the employees have kept their cool as they are just trying to do their jobs or trying to explain policies etc. I always greet with kindness as you don't know how their day has gone so far. It costs nothing to be kind.

I absolutely needed my package at 5am Monday morning and wasn't sure I'd be home to sign for it on Friday, so I requested pickup at Postal Connections. On Friday at 4:30, I received notification that PC had unexpectedly closed for Flag Day, and now there was absolutely no way to get my package before Monday afternoon. Melissa at the UPS store made some calls for me and arranged for Dan at the Customer Center in Bend to help me after business hours. Incredible customer service, cheerfully going above and beyond to help me with a problem that was not their fault! And at the very end of their day at the end of their week. Thank you!

Insanely great experience. Ray was a massive help - deserves a raise. Last minute issues with a conference shipper meant I had to adapt and send items at the UPS store. Not only was Ray professional and efficient but he made sure my conference materials were included in that day’s shipment which was being loaded on the truck as he helped me. Ensuring my conference materials would arrive on time. Massive perk - this ended up being $200 cheaper than the conference shipper.

I paid a lot of money to ship an important package. I dropped it off on a Friday and it didn't even leave their store until Tuesday. I wouldn't ship anything important through this store if you want it to actually arrive on time (Monday was not a holiday).

Do your damn job until you close, I don't care if there's 10 minutes left in the day. Don't put it to voicemail twice, do a quick pickup hang-up a 3rd time then answer the 4th time with horrible attitude as if I ruined your day. If you don't like your job, then get a grip and move on. UPS would probably do better without your presence.

They deserve negative stars. Waste of time if you need anything, other than return for Amazon. They don't want to work just be lazy and arrogant.

I asked Cathy if there was white out I can use or will I have to buy one. She went on to tell me that the store did not use white out but she’ll go see if there’s any in the back. She came out with one but it was empty. I asked if there was another one but she told me there wasn’t. The young gentleman there says there is and went to go grab it. After using it I made 4 copies. I asked Cathy if I would have to pay for the copies but before answering she reached for the white out as if I was going to walk out with it. After I handed it to her, she tried to charge me for more copies than I made. I politely corrected her and she goes on to tell me that she actually could have changed me for a number of other services. The only service I use was the copier for the 4 copies. I didn’t appreciate the rudeness, lies or service she provided. Mush rather be helped by the young man whose name tag I didn’t get a good look at. I believe it was “clay” or “flay”

$18 for a small cardboard box that cost 10¢ for UPS. No respect for your customers.Edit in response to owner response:No sir or ma'am, you cannot blame an $18 piece of cardboard on inflation. It's intentional exploitation of your customers who are pressed for time. We returned the box, recycled one out of the trash ...
