Do not use this towing service. Their employee changed a tire on my daughter's truck and within 5 miles while driving it 50 mph the tire came off due to loose lug nuts. She and other motorists were very fortunate -- someone could have died. When I called to explain how serious this was and they needed to make it right -- which they did after a bunch of BS and the tire shop confirmed it was their fault -- the manager, Greg, accused me of playing some kind of game and hung up on me. Later he scolded my daughter for, "Sending her daddy to protect her." This is no way to treat customers. Shameful.

i would not recomend this company to no one. after calling Triple A for lock out request Trac Towing comes out and then tells me if i don't sign their adindem they will not peform service. and what they wanted signed was me accepting any responibility for any damage they may end up causing to my car. so because i would have had to Call Triple A For Some one else to come out i just signed it and be done with it. out of 12 cars that i have owned and have had lock out request made on my car. this is the only company that pulled this one me.Service: Car lockouts

Jared was the driver. Very professional with empathy & over-the-top customer service.I had taken my primary vehicle, a pickup, to the mechanic in Redmond. They were not able get the part so I had to use a back-upvehicle. It wouldn't start (called AAA)Jared arrived & started the car. It was a bad battery. Even tho I had gas in the car I had gotten 4 gallons in a gas can & I also had a backup battery. Jared put the gas in the car & also checked to see if the battery was good (I knew he wasn't able to install it even if it was good & he didnt have any batteries with him as they were on backorder ). He makes Trac Towing & AAA proud
