“Honestly, I love my experience at this location. Things I made a great customer experience:
1) The price for my new tires was over $100 less than the major big name competitor, and the warranty is essentially the exact same.
2) I was in and out in less than 20
3) good quality product
4) *most important in my opinion* the guys thanked me for my business in person, before I left. I haven’t been thanked for my business before, and it felt sincere. The big name competitor doesn’t even do that.
It’s truly the little things that really go the furthest. I know I’ll be going to Point S from now on, just because of how pleasant this experience was.
