I went to Redmond Texaco at 539 NW Sixth St Redmond, OR 97756 United States After dropping my wife off across the street from Texaco for a chiropractic appt. I purchased a cup of coffee for $3 and told the older man his pot was empty. After my coffee purchase I parked across the Texaco parking lot next to street to drink my coffee at 2pm in a shaded spot that clearly had a sign that said Texaco Customer Parking only, the same man walked up to my car and said I've been there for an hour and had to leave when it was only 20 minutes, I said I'm a customer, he said you bought one cup of coffee, you have to leave, I said really, you just lost a customer, I then moved across the street in front of Home Health Chiropractic and he proceeded to walk across the street stating "did you say something" he then got another heavy set man and they stared at me for 10 plus minutes until my wife came out of her appt. and we pulled away, this was clearly a racist attack as I am full blooded Native American and Marine Vet. There were no other cars in the parking lot, I will never go to this Texaco station again and will share my experience with all social media.

I went there for the first time today. I just got my car and did not know how to open the gas door. The gentleman was very polite and showed me where it was. He was very nice and left me with a very good impression of this business. We will see what the future holds.

Town pump finally did me in with wrong gas, not amount I asked for, etc, for the last time. This place has been much better for the last 2 months.... We will see over time....

Dude made my niece clean up a popcorn mess because she was too short to put it into the bag. Then he chased us out the store over less the a handfull that naturally fell to the floor. The guy expected us to pull the cleanning gear out. If someone makes a mess at my work, I clean it up. It is what im paid to do. And seriously to tell her he was charging her double for a little mess scared her to death.

Just fueled up and had a old bearded dude that was horrible. He was rude and when I paid cash he asked if I wanted the change I said yes he said to come in the office. I told him he was rude and he told me to go somewhere else. I've been coming there since we moved here. Not anymore.

We've lived in Central Oregon our whole lives and in Redmond the past 3. We've gone to this Texaco nearly every day since we've lived here. My husband received his first horrible experience there just the other day... It was with an older man, my husband had asked for change in quarters to use they're air machine and he gets a response of "Do we look like a bank?" "Look what i have to deal with" he says to a lady he works with...My husband was polite and finished with his sale and came home...... Little did that man know that my husband just got released after being admitted to the hospital for suicidal thoughts. That rude behavior and couple of sentences was something my husband battled with the rest of the day.... ONE SENTENCE. ONE interaction can make or break someones day! Their customer service could use some major changes! I'm dissapointed.

Great little ol' hometown feeling gas station. Good coffee, little table for a short chat with the local old fogies, and quite a full convenience store. The service is fantastic!! Those guys really treat people the way they should be treated.
