Buyer beware, you are buying from this dealership at your own risk. Earlier this year we purchased a vehicle from this Select Auto Sales and on day 50 of owning this vehicle the engine blew up. The cost of repairs would be the same amount we paid to purchase the vehicle. Don't trust this dealership or the mechanics they use, they do not live up to their "100% satisfaction guaranteed" as advertised on the website. They were not willing to work with us. Now we have a broken down vehicle in our yard that has to be salvaged, we are out the money we spent to buy this vehicle, and forced to purchase a replacement vehicle. Think twice before buying from Select Auto Sales.

Had a good experience. Guys were nice, not pushy at all.2 year update:Had to go in to look at cars, seeing as the previous was totaled in a wreck.Bryson and John were amazing to work with and very helpful.

His knowledge, experience and friendliness with myself and my family made this car buying experience a great one. He made sure we knew if we had any questions we could call him or stop by anytime. we bought 2018 Escape from Select Auto Dealership on Feb. 24th included warranties thanksgoodness !! Less than a week on Friday March 3rd the motor lite came on and we had take it in the motor was installed. We took our vehicle to different auto repair. They took video shown us which is shocking us!!! Why would Select Auto Dealership offered us to their contract with mechanic who is not doing their job!!!! Found out that motor has metal in oil and missing bolt and looses line under car. There so much going on I feel mechanic is taking advantage and just being lied to. I saw the sticker on windowsheild shown the oil was changed due next mileage so why would the motor was so bad?? Somewhere along something ain't right between the companies!!!! My husband called at ******************* to explains what's going on with the car he told my husband can't bring it in if motor lite on blinking pull over. He is so wrong and we ain't take his words !! We took our vehicle to different place. I'm thankful for their honesty and took video of it. I told my husband there is something FISHY going on here??? I'm glad that we had warranty. The auto shop found good motor and our car will come out newer unfornately, we had to pay ********. We love this car.My husband spoken with the owner Al of Select Auto He offered him to bring it in to ******************* no cost or trade it other vehicle we decided not because why should we trust Cascade Automotive Repair is under contract with Select Auto Dealership??? I feel So should help pay portion of $******** If the owner Al should check with their mechanic whoever works for this company is not doing their job Sold lemon vehicles to clients

Bought a used truck worked with Don he was very thorough in helping me find a vehicle that fit my needs he is a great salesman. Not a five star review because at the time of purchase I was informed that the 4wd was functioning by multiple staff members and that played a large role in my decision to purchase the vehicle but among further inspection afterwards I discovered it to not be functioning. When I reached out to the staff to address this issue I was told they would do nothing to help Other than give me a 15% coupon for a discount at their mechanic shop even though I was directly told that the 4 wheel drive system worked.

Sold my car here with select auto. Chris was friendly and made the process fun and easy. They gave me a decent fair market price. And the best part was I get the check on the same day. The other used car buyers in Redmond would need a day or two before the check can be processed. Overall, I had good experience selling my car here.
