I’ve been a member of Credit Unions all my life. After moving to central Oregon from the Valley I found SELCO Credit Union to be a convenient place to do my banking through the Co-op Shared Branch network of Credit Unions. The teller was very knowledgeable and able to make my transaction though my old credit union very simple. It wasn’t long before I chose to open an account at SELCO too. I prefer to do my banking in person and will usually go inside for my banking needs. The SELCO branch at the north end of town rarely has a line inside and I’m in and out quickly. I’ve had loans and CDs with SELCO with very competitive rates.

The people are brilliant and kind. Very efficient. I went into the branch a little nervous because I was a new to making even small loans for a car and it was a snap! They made it easy for me. I’ll never go back to a bank again. Credit Union, especially Selco Credit Union is what I recommend your friends family

After a horrible and disrespectful interaction with a teller here I am closing my account ASAP. Mid Oregon is so much better!

Closed when other banks aren't, used to be better than a regular bank(8 years ago) But now they are no different and often seem worse with high interest rates, and poor customer satisfaction. I certainly am thoroughly disappointed nowadays.

Unwelcoming….By the costumer service provided at this location I’d assume the bank tellers HATE their jobs. After 12 years of banking with SELCO with great customer service I’m disappointed with the rudeness and bad attitudes the tellers at this location give when asked to do their jobs. I will say, Gal is amazing! Very helpful and informed, she is the only reason why we continue to use this location.

Good bank overall but hours are poor compared to others, and good luck calling for anything. You'll be on hold a very long time cause they're always "serving a high number of customers by phone". They're just saving on costs at the expense of service. In branch they're nice. Their phone reps could use more training so as not to sound annoyed you're calling them.
