We needed to get our daughters car detailed before putting it up for sale (she had it from age 17 to 22, and if you know young girls, you know what kind of condition it was in) and santos auto detailing was able to get us in within a couple of days of contacting them. This is clearly a business run by hard-working and conscientious people who value their customers, because the car was immaculate when I picked it up and within the time frame stated. They don’t appear to have a large shop; this is a small business, but I appreciate that they do what they say they’re going to at the price quoted (no surprises) and appear to take pride in their work.

We needed to sell our daughters vehicle, which was in desperate need of an interior detail. We were pleased to be able to get in with santos auto detailing within a couple of days of contacting them, as we were really wanting to put the vehicle up for sale right away. When we picked the vehicle up, it was amazing! We didn't think that it could ever be that clean, considering the condition it was in when we dropped it off. This is not a large shop or a large business, but it is clearly run by people who are conscientious about their work. We were very pleased to pay what we were quoted and pick the vehicle up within the timeframe we were told, not to mention the quality of the work done.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED ACCORDING TO THE OREGON SECRETARY OF STATE as of January 2023 but have a license in the city of Redmond. We called this company to wash our motorhome. They were an hour late arriving and never called. They got here and had very mediocre equipment. I walked the coach with the only guy who spoke English and showed him there was no damage or scratches. He agreed. They began to wash. The younger kid was using a brush that had few bristles and scratched the coach. I went out and confronted them and they denied it. The wash was pathetic and there were huge areas they didn't wash, then let the soap dry on other areas and left it. I asked the owner who spoke English for his insurance company because I wanted to submit a claim. He refused to give me his insurance information so I refused to pay him until he provided his insurance information. OTHERS BE WARNED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There quality is the worst we've ever seen, they don't have the proper equipment or training and I suspect they don't have insurance.

Do not go here! These guys did decent work however the hard chemicals they use took paint off my car inside and out as well as several others. Would not go back. Large amounts of damage no solution. They will destroy your vehicles.

I ordered on Monday and they were out the next day. Santo was great to work with and they did a top notch job. I will for sure use them again next time we clean the carpets.

Buyer beware. I employed Santos this week to wash my Allegro Bus motorhome. They damaged the Diamond Shield coating on the front of my motorhome leaving deep scratches on the Diamond Shield. I messaged Santos who denies they are responsible and refuses to give me his insurance information. Think twice before dealing with a business that won't reveal its insurance information when damage is reported directly to the owner, Santos. It is up to the insurance companies to settle a dispute and not the owner.

We were in town for an event and need our vehicle detailed. Found these guys on Yelp. Immediately replied with an estimate and availability. On day of work they actually lowered their estimate as the vehicle and trailer were smaller and cleaner than expected. Definitely a good option for a local detailer.
