Grocery outlet is just down the road. Good luck checking out in any kind of orderly fashion. Parking lot and exits are awful. This needs to be a furniture store or Safeway needs to acknowledge the risk to human life they cause at this location. I watched so many people almost get hit, people on bicycles almost get hit, people walking down the street almost get hit. The roundabouts 40 yd away from the exit is the most dangerous and smallest one I've ever seen. City of Redmond needs to stand up to Big corporations like Safeway in the apartment complex next door and tell them they're going to take the land for proper safety of the people who are doing commerce in this area.

Terrible wish 0 was an option . Did a pick up order @11am for 7pm and drove 45mins to get it only to be called @6:50 with a kid telling me that they aren’t gonna get to my order tonight and that I could reschedule. So I go to reschedule for the next day and it won’t let me pick a new time keeps popping up “service problem, contact support”. Support tells me that there’s nothing they can do I have to keep trying or wait for my order to cancel in 48hrs. I called Redmond Safeway and they “don’t handle the orders on the app” so I was given the OPS managers number, that apparently wasn’t supposed to be given out. She helped the best she could with being on vacation. Another OPS manager called me back and said I could just reorder my entire order once my original order canceled at 12am. It did not cancel the next morning and still was unable to pick a new pick up time. So I called support again and she was unable to do anything except for put in a cancel request and told me that my card wasn’t charged yet and the pending charge will drop off in 5-7 business days. Because it was $300.18 my bank treats the pending transaction as if it was taken out of my account to ensure that I have the money. So no that money is not in my account and I don’t have an extra $300 to spend on a new order but don’t worry I was given a $20 in store credit for my trouble. This was my first and last experience with Safeway. Why no one was able to put in a new pick up time from there end will forever baffle me and why they needed more that 8 hours to complete my order is crazy. It’s sad that Walmart is better, I chose Safeway cause of the deals/coupons but learned my lesson I will just pay more to actually get my groceries hassle free than spend 2 days trying to get my groceries.

They have a great meat department. This is the only place in our area that I can find sweetened condensed coconut milk. The drive up and Go option is great. I use it often.

I just like shopping here and appreciate how clean it is.
However, when they lock one end of the building at 8:00 at night and everyone parks and walks to the entrance only to unexpectedly (at night) then have to change direction and walk all the way down to the other entrance, that creates a real imposition to customers and is especially difficult for people with disabilities.

last week they made a very stupid system, they disabled all self-service cash registers in the evening, and only one cash register with a seller works, and a long queue forms very quickly, and you have to wait a very long time to buy something, it is very stupid, I have never seen anything like this anywhere.

They wanted to charge me a extra $3.95 on my order. I called corporate and they said there was no way of changing it, that I would be charged that anyways. It was a pick up order, I've done pickup orders many times before and never have seen this charge before. I was told to remove the app and re-download it but nothing. The first girl I talked to was nice but the second was not so nice.
Therefore, I went to my Walmart application to order.
I really hope you do better in the future Safeway or I won't be using your charging that fee.
It was not how much I my order was because I tested it out on $30.00-$80.00.

The Redmond Safeway security guards are outta control, my wife was treated like a criminal & banned from the store for taking more than one copy of the Source FREE newspaper, how dare you treat my wife the way that you did, your a disgrace, will be taking legal action on these jokers, let's see them talk and treat me the same way, Safeway you need to put these POS in check, see ya soon fake blue

I always have favorable experiences when I shop at Safeway and the employees are always so helpful and happy. The shoppers are also so personable and u think they enjoy being at your store. Especially in $5 Fridays.
I have recently moved here from Orange county in California and no one makes me feel like a stranger and always are so friendly.
