Never wants to answer the phone. Many times I have had a hard time getting ahold of someone. I have to call the front counter to get someone to answer

Abhorrent. Forgot to turn off appointment scheduling for covid vaccines despite having no vaccines available. What a joke

I liked going to this store but there are so many bare shelves that I keep walking out empty handed. Are you going out of business? The front counter employees get 5 stars for being friendly and helpful.

Redmond Oregon rite aid store #05394. One of the pharmacy staff at the drive thru window has HORRIBLE attitude, basically told me to take a hike. There was a misunderstanding about insurance, which is fine. But, they do not text, or call, or answer the phone. Period. Left the situation alone, upset, and went in and found a manager. He said they are having lots of complaints like that, he was a fill in, and said the other stores are not having that problem. The problem here was, not that there was a misunderstanding, but her turning off the mic and walking away, instead of trying to resolve it. Apparently she was the only one who can't do her job, because in 10 minutes a manager fixed the problem and I was on my way. When a employee tells you they don't know what to tell you, rudely, and walks away from you, that's a problem. Ironically I work immediately next door, and if she was our customer, and I treated her with that much disrespect, AND, WALKED AWAY, I would definitely be fired. It's not the first problem with this location, but, it will probably be the last, on my own accord. This employee is the reason people flip out in the stores. Normally I do not leave complaints, but I'd be happy to know if her poor attitude and mouth gets her fired. Shame on rite aid for employing such a very unprofessional pharmacy employee. Being out of certain medicines can kill you or cause serious problems, and you would expect them to try and help you figure something out rather than walk away and blow you off. SHAME ON HER AND RITE AID.

Everyone leaving reviews seems to be overly sensitive. This rite aid pharmacy fills prescriptions in a reasonable time frame , sometimes they have you come back for it if they need a minute. They provide the info you need about your medications. The front register always greets customers.
I think theyre excellent and I can't give any advice on how to improve things further.
When reading these rivews, it's a good idea to keep in mind, the people going back for medications all of the time, are fully encapsulated by the demographic of people who whine all of the time.
Thanks for being here for my community.

This place doesn't response phone calls anymore. You can call for hours and after the first beep it switched to the voice announcement, over and over.

The pharmacy refuses to answer the phone!! I’ve called from 0900 to 0948 on Wednesday morning 5/22/2024 with only the front desk answering to then send me into the abyss of waiting on hold endlessly.

This pharmacy, like all pharmacies it seems, are not very positive experiences picking up your medication. The employees seemed way over worked and to be quite honest miserable. They are human beings and I feel compassion for the fact they are under staffed. But after three phone conversations in the past week and my meds are not ready is infuriating. The store itself has racks of empty space where merchandise should be. What the heck happened to Riteaid since covid!? It seems on the verge of collapse. I imagine if filling medication wasn't so profitable, the store here in Redmond would close. Corporate greed seems so obvious today.
I'm editing my statement to say the technician Alex was just a real jurk to me. I tried to covey my observation that they were over worked and under supported by Riteaid management and he took it completely out of context and become defensive like I was insulting him. I feel I'm done with this pharmacy!

Horrible experience, 3 out of the 4 people I dealt with were very unfriendly, lacking in communication and the pharmacist is down right rude, she needs to learn customer service skills. They also are not honouring the Good RX coupons. I will never be back.

The most incompetent pharmacy in the world. They don't answer the phone!! They never get back to you and when you finally make it in, they don't have what you need.

Not a very good pharmacy as far as calling to ask a question. The front desk are very helpful and friendly but I can’t say the same about getting through to talk to a pharmacist.
When calling to talk to a pharmacist and listening to the lenthy menu options to talk to the pharmacist it rings one time with no answer and then you are looped back to listening to the whole lengthy menu process again.
This happens often when calling. Very inadequate calling system, which I’m sure will not be corrected anytime soon.

This pharmacy has what I need for my daughter. Good at reminders and getting medications filled but there phone etiquette needs a lot of help. I get put on hold all the time and then immediately hung up on.

I have never once seen one of their pharmacy workers smile. They are so understaffed that often times the drive-through is closed and there is a line halfway down the store. They rarely answer the phone when you want to see if your scripts have been filled. Last week three trips in one day to get meds. The store shelves are practically empty. The customer restroom is out of order and the medication disposal has been locked for months. This is a franchise. Do better Rite Aid. Redmond needs a dependable pharmacy with excellent customer service.
