Where to start.... Well, I was quoted $226.99 and was charged $499.98... but this was just the latest in a string of issues. I requested a pickup and the driver claimed he showed up to get it and it wasn't there. The pickup location confirmed that a truck never showed up. After my pickup was reissued the driver decided to cancel it himself with the note that he didn't want to go there again. In this time there were no calls to the contact person either. Trying to get this reset I spoke to a rep and they set it back up but forgot to give me a new pickup number. When I called back for it the new rep chose to delete the request and I had to start over again. After finally getting them to show up and pick up my order 2 weeks later, they promised a discount and rush delivery. Instead, my order got forgotten on a dock and was another week late, essentially 3 weeks after it was originally supposed to be delivered. Upon delivery I was presented with a bill for over double my quote. Calling customer service several times, several people promised to help and email me with my claim, but none of them did. So I had to call back several more times, taking over an hour each time to explain the same issue and be promised the same solution wich still has not come. Now I am being told it was all my own fault and that they will do nothing about it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Poor customer service and extremely difficult to reach someone in a timely manner. Very frustrating. Be prepared to begin hold FOREVER!!

I am a driver for reddaway, and most people from my experience do not appreciate the fact that driving their freight to them is a service. Otherwise you would have to pick it up at the terminal. Most people hate semi trucks, and constantly do dangerous driving maneuvers . I really do not think some people have the slightest idea of the constant stress involved behind the wheel of a semi. During this pandemic trucks are the only think keeping all of this country supplied with essentials. I have had people brake check me, cut me off, flip me off for being safe, pass illegally, be completely rude when delivering. Just a few things faced daily while you try to do the best job possible to feed your family.

Absolute most unprofessional company I've ever seen in my life. We have a business in Redmond that requires one parking spot to be open for drop-off and pick-up not only does the driver deliberately block my one parking spot every single week today he blocked it to the point where I had three elderly clients walking across a busy parking lot with there animals. Clearly there's absolutely no reason why he could not park in front of the business he actually delivers for instead of mine. When confronting him about it he told me to go screw myself in front of my own clients. Then proceeded to tell me next time he comes here he's going to block The Parking Spot even more and said some not very nice words and told me to have a merry effing Christmas.
Called your company sat on hold for 20 minutes finally got somebody that didn't even speak English or understand what I was trying to complain about and just gave up and took my reviews online.
Trailer number I believe was 136 and the driver was delivering to company at 675 NE Hemlock Avenue in Redmond.

Absolutely fantastic delivery service! The driver and the people in their office are extremely friendly and professional. They delivered a 725 pound shed (not assembled of course).

Worst freight company we have ever used. Driver is arrogant and adds bogus charges to nearly every bill. The driver to our location apparently hates his job and it shows.

Every time I've used them they give me a price, I pay it, and then a month later I get some huge bill. It's always something on their end but they never admit to it. I'm sick of dealing with this and I will never use them again.
