“Since I live in the moderate sized town of Redmnd Oregon, I somewhat regularly turn to online shopping to find the things I can't find at home. This can result in the need to return some merchandise that doesn't fit or look as good as it did online. The best place I've found for shippiing is UPS in the parking lot of the Fred Meyer Store in Redmond. I've never encountered an employee in this store who wasn't friendly and well trained. I recently had a mess on my hands and the person helping me, Cathy, smoothly got everything worked out, and didn't grumble at all about staying 10 minutes past cloosing time to get my package send out!! And, Melissa, the Store Manager is a joy to work with! I had brain surgery several years ago which can make things like this more of a challenge, but this store has been a real blessing for me!!
