We recently used Crash Champions in Redmond after a hit-and-run incident, and they were fantastic! They worked quickly with our insurance company, making the process seamless and stress-free. The quality of their work on the damage to our vehicle was outstanding. We're extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Crash Champions for their excellent service and professionalism. Thank you for making a difficult situation much easier!

Had repairs done. They painted it wrong color and didn't match. Took it in, they agreed to repaint. Still not right color. They parked it in direct sunlught which hides wrong color trying to deceive me. I pulled it in parking space out of direct sun. Again paint did not match.
First trip in we called on status, they said it was just painted and had to wait next day to dry and pick up. Second trip they painted it and said its ready same day. Didn't have to wait a day to dry. Obviously a con job. They didn't paint it the second go-around.

My wife's truck got rear ended while parked.
I used an in network body shop used by State Farm called Premiere Auto Body for the estimate. They booked me three weeks out for repair. One business day prior to drop off I recieved a call from Crash Champions stating they bought the business. The person on the phone didn't inspire confidence because he couldn't answer any questions. However I specifically asked if they were still in network and he assured me they were.
After receiving many strange emails from State Farm. I called State Farm and they stated this body shop was not in network and I would have to pay them directly and could be responsible for services or fees State Farm does not cover.
I found a body shop that morning that was in network and had to start the process over.
The body shop knew they were changing ownership and booked me right after new ownership took over and didn't tell me prior. Crash Champions lied by telling me they were still in network with State Farm just to get me in the door.
The day following they were upset and calling me because they ordered parts and they wanted me to pay for them.
My stance is, be upfront with people, let them know what's going on. Be honest if you are no longer in network with the insurance company.
Don't be surprised and angry when the consumer feels duped and goes somewhere else.

Even though they're a little booked out, which means they must do good work. The experience dealing with the guys in the office so far has been extremely easy and professional. Update! Just got my 4Runner back and I am extremely happy with everything.

I can't say enough about Troy and the gang. Andrew and Shane located parts that were on back order for my Honda. They looked for 6 months and kept me in the loop the whole time. Got my car back as soon as all the parts came in as I use this car for work. Troy helped me get with Honda of North America and put in a claim to expedite the backorder issue. I was going to DIY a bumper so I bought parts online. I understand not guaranteeing the work and was told the parts would work. After the work was complete, I was told the main bracket had misaligned bolt holes and this created a noticeable gap in the passenger side bumper. I wish I could have been contacted during the repair, I would have chosen to get a part that works. I also would have liked to know that resetting the sensors was another cost that would have to be done at a Toyota dealership. Very disappointed with the communication.Services: Painting

I placed a call to get a quote. The girl on the phone was quick and told me I needed to bring my truck into the shop for a quote on a headlight install. She also said she needed to see the vin number. I explained I was calling from out of town and that I was wanting to set up an appointment. She said she still needs to see my truck! I explained I needed a quote before bringing in my truck. It’s never been in an accident there is zero damage to the truck, how much to replace the headlight? Her response was we can’t get you in until the end of December! It’s the beginning of September.We are in new times people! This is how business is done these days. Clearly I’m not taking my truck here. Poor phone skills! In the business of turning away business. Sad!
