Good customer service is hard to find, unfortunately. The employees at this business are very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. And I really appreciate the ‘all are welcome’ sticker on the door.

If a business isn’t able to provide the service that their website and advertising on the window front say they provide during the business hours that the company provides then I have to give them a 1/5. Unable to provide notery services today.

I have NEVER vented on fb but I say,”BE WARNED!” And get a receipt! (Although they don’t give any for a return)I dropped off a considerably sized ZARA return package the first week of May to #postalconnections in Redmond, OR and somehow they have absolutely no idea where it went. I came in, spoke to the guy and asked if I needed to do anything else, he said “no” and I handed it to him and that’s the last I saw it. They are an authorized drop off site. After multiple calls toPostal Connections, and Fed Ex (it was never scanned in) and USPS (who said it wasn’t the first time this has happened with this drop off location) the Manager of Postal Connections told me that she spoke to Fed Ex and they told her “sometimes woman say they dropped a package off when they really didn’t” like I’m confused. She has no cameras in her place of business (which is her choice) and she claims that none of her employees would EVER have misplaced it or taken it. Funny how NO-ONE remembers me bringing in a large box that says ZARA. ? It was flippen ridiculous to listen to her naivety she just couldn’t conceive the notion. NO! ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES SNAGGED IT OR FEDEX SNAGGED IT! (Of course she hung up on me) It has evaporated into thin air. It is unacceptable! I’m jarred! ? Perhaps you have had a good experience there. This is my last experience there. I suppose the responsibility falls on me. I should not have trusted this local business with my package?Or they shouldn’t trust their FED-EX guy ?

So from reading some of the other reviews I would agree that the owner Joyce is a bit abrasive when having to deal with little nonsense things that pull her employees away from priority task or she get pulled from her back office at least from what I observed the day I went in to use their printing service. Her staff is very kind and helpful. However, Not knowing that my print where not going to work in her printer I know in the future to use it for simple legal prints or simple documents would be ideal. Not card stock double side print. Just to save any others that might need those service (C L printing copy Center) or( Printing Post) C L printing Copy Center is the one they kindly redirected me to for those services. Thank you! So to review customer service is if you can get passed the owner having an abrasive with a nice approach postal connection can get the job done. Her staff itself are really nice.

The newer staff are always very helpful. So kind. They also have a nice selection of products. I do think it’s not always professional to keep kennels in the back , I’m not adverse to dogs, but I think that’s pushing it. Also the owner sometimes makes you feel like it’s an imposition to do take care of you. I often prefer to go elsewhere even though this is closer.

Postal Connections in Redmond, Oregon has the most professional, knowledgeable and compassionnate staff I have ever experienced. I was in extreme distress, having repeatedly failed to complete and send a very impotant document. A staff member was assigned to solely assist me until we reached success. Joyce, Tim and Suzi have all been great. I appreciate the personalized service I get everytime I am in. Postal connections has been a great help in keeping my packages secure before I get them and are quick to get them to me when i go to get them. They have also been great and very reasonable with shipping rates and options. The location at Nolan Town Center has been a convenient stop on the way home. I recommend these folks for shipping, packing supply and mail box needs.
