Very friendly staff. Was able to get my truck in immediately. Other than waiting on PACCAR for instructions due to warranty, my truck was repaired rather quickly. Always kept me informed. They don't have ramps, they take you down with a skid and forklift but the unloading is a breeze in 30 minutes and you're out.
