Normally this store was good experience but I left super angry and frustrated by the service. There want anyone else in the store and the dismissive attitude by Caleb is not normal for this location. I won't be back. Napa and AutoZone near by are and will be enough for me to get by.

*I suppose my choice to begin using O'Reilly Auto Parts of Redmond rather than their competition was like jumping from the frying pan into the fire. I have had 3 straight negative interactions, 2 in person & one with a friend picking up products for me due to my truck grill & step-side being taped off. So it began the first week of May 2024 as I was there to pick up an exhaust pipe adapter & clamp & asked John, who I later learned was the Manager, to look up the factory install exhaust pipe diameter and his response was, I quote: "I have no way to do that." Somewhat perplexed, I walked over to the exhaust system parts, then waited til John was busy & returned & asked another employee the same question where he looked to his computer screen, seconds later told me 2.5" inner diameter, picked out the parts, paid & left. After doing the exhaust pipe repairs I returned to exchange an unnecessary part, purchased a buffing pad, a can of Dupli-Color Trim & Bumper Paint, proceeded to apply it at home & realized I needed more so a friend offered to pick it up. When she got there With a picture of the same trim & bumper paint John, the manager made a perfunctory glance at the paint & told my friend that it wasn't sold at O'Reilly, that there wasn't even a space for it. Frustrated that the same man once again acted with indifference, I. Called from home & complained to Ron, who found the product & put it aside for me. I picked it up after spending approximately 8$ in fuel to pick it up. Employees at O'Reilly offered no discount or compensation, no apology as it was the Mgr.
The O'Reilly image of friendly customer service & a fair price has been tarnished by a man who, without cause, showed complete indifference, literally depriving the company of much needed sales.
I will no longer do business at O'Reilly
Of Redmond. It's unacceptable treatment of a customer which is a growing trend in retail, high prices & bad customer service.

my alternator went out on my truck on the way to work the manager let me in early and sold me an alternator. I was able to get to work 30 minutes earlier because of this man thank you thank you thank you thank you.

My battery went bad on me. It wasn’t even a year old took it back to O’Reillys. They had no problem with checking it guy told me it’s no good. Will replace it for you. Come in and pick it up at your convenience. Very very helpful easy easy.

I bought a battery at a different O'reily's about a year ago and my mechanic said it was already no good, so I came in to get help and utilize my warranty. James was SO helpful and really made it a fast and pleasant experience! He was awesome! Thank you James, and O'reily's for hiring James!

I had gone in store asking about how much my transmission would be new, explaining my situation to the staff. Then John the store manager had told me to try filling the fluids back up and seeing if all it need was hydraulic pressure, so I spent $32 instead of $2000 and my car works like new.
