Busy at times but they employees are fast, friendly and make sure everything is done correctly. They don't try to up sell you but keep you knowledgeable about what should be taken care of sooner rather then later. Always had a good experience.

Usually get in fast. Sometimes it gets backed up and it can take 30 to 45 minutes to get in. Check wait times on the app. There is usually a coupon on the app too.

I pulled in, 3 in line. Guy came out, scanned my VIN, showed him pic of my coupon and wastold all ok. 40 minutes later in the bay I showed him coupon again, he scanned it, was told ok. Then he checked with manager, whotold him it didn't apply to my vehicle. I told him that the coupon had no restrictions. The manager refused taking a Valvoline coupon so I left, but told him that I, or my 8 other vehicles wont be back. I contacted Valvoline, who eventually sent me a free coupon. Bad business practices if you have go to corporate to settle things.

These guys are always pleasant. I have a large diesel cab over box truck and bring my own fluid and filter because I don't want to deal with 4 gallons of used oil every time I need an oil change. They check ally fluids and charge me $37! Win win!

Great service and even caught cabin filters which badly needed to be changed after other oil change stores said my vehicle did not have them.

Worst customer service ever. Watched as the entire staff stood around talking to 1 guy from 3C construction. Complete joke. I left and changed oil myself. Shops like that need to go out of business, bankrupt, or otherwise put out of the publics misery.
