My daughter had her clothes drying and has the app telling her when they are ready. She was sitting in her car just outside the door- lost track of time- didn't realize that the app wouldn't alert her to closing time. She went to get them when the all said they were dry and the door was locked-obviously her own fault for not watching time herself. However, she went back at 6:15 the next morning and her clothing was gone. There isn't any number posted anywhere to get a hold of anyone- NOT her fault just BAD business practice... I would never leave a bad review before allowing a company time to help us work things out, but since there isn't a way to get a hold of you- here is my only way to reach out. When and if someone reaches out and helps us, I will gladly update my review.UPDATE: We were able to get a hold of another reviewer who had the same problem. They told us that they went to the site between 8-9pm and someone gave them their clothes. I went during that time frame and there was someone there who gave me my daughter's clothes. -one extra star for getting the clothes back- but no one from the laundromat ever reached out, there is no website under Odem Meadow Laundry to get a number or email, and no sign on a wall or window stating what to do if this happens- having a sign with a number would have been enough for me not to leave this review.

Clothes got locked in, was a minute to late picking them up, came back 15 minutes till they open clothes are GONE, and Nopgone number posted anywhere to get ahold of anyone??

9pm , so not closing time. And yet I witness the business owner locking up and gladly walking off WHILE customers with clothes still inside washing/drying are waiting outside in their cars cautiously walk to the front door to realize it's been locked , knowing damn well it isn't time for it to close. HORRENDOUS

Friday October 14th I was cashing in my quarters next door at the doozys at 8:54pm at 8:56pm the door was locked! The Door says 9pm I expect it to be 9pm. Extremely disappointed in this facility for cutting corners or in this case minutes. Because now all my bedding is locked inside dryers done and locked out before closing!?

Good place to do laundry. Top and front load washers. Good size dryers and reasonable prices to use machines. Only thing lacking is a sink and public bathroom, otherwise I like going there.
