Great customer service went in yesterday to get a submersible pump I was helped by a very helpful lady as I walked in. Ginna helped and directed me to the area I needed and when I went to check out she again helped me by offering me a Lowe's credit card and a discount on the pump I wanted. Mildly overwhelmed with her very special level of customer service. Great employee!! Lee

I would give them zero stars. the salesman in appliances is rude and attacks you if you're a democrat. he just got another customer to help him attack us in the store. it was totally without provocation. We were just trying to buy a stove under the inflation reduction act, which he knew nothing about. That was fine, but he started attacking president Biden and spreading lies and telling me he'd get his doctor to see me because of my party affiliation which I wouldn't have even said if he hadn't started attacking. I thought if I mentioned that I was democrat, he'd be a professional and stop his hate and disinformation. But he didn't. this is so unprofessional. I will NEVER shop Lowe's again. if you don't agree with this older man , you might get the same treatment. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. We were in there around one pm if that helps anyone. This was in Redmond Oregon.

Placed an order and was told it would be delivered the next day. Seemed concerning. Five days later after no delivery and no communication I called the store and was told they had "found" a part of my order and I would get it/receive communication very soon. After a week of hearing nothing I canceled the order. Apparently having a business account with them means little? Wishing I had dealt with Costco, Walmart, Home Depot or anyone but Lowe's As I would have my order by now!!! Incredibly poor communication/customer service!

If I could give 0 stars to customer service I would. I spoke with a nice lady on the phone to return a faulty bathtub that was manufactured with a crooked drain. She ask for date purchase and receipt number and said they would gladly return or exchange to product so I drove the 30 minutes to Redmond to do so. Once arriving I spoke with a horrible incompetent service desk man that refused to return the tub even though it was never installed. Joel was his name. He refused to do anything to help and all he could say is they couldn't return it and I was stuck with this pile of garbage because I was outside the 90 day return window. He wouldn't even check the receipt. I counted to days and explained to him it was only 83 days since purchased finally he did the math one the date and checked the receipt. He returned the item finally. I will never do business with Redmond Lowe's again. It is lazy incompetent workers like Mr Joel at customer service that bring the rest of their company down and I can only hope they find some better help soon before he fails to help other customers making them shop elsewhere.

I was in need of some items for a large Christmas craft project. My daughter who suffered a traumatic brain injury went with me. She found a decoration she fell in love with. The associate, Roger went out of his way and made it possible for my daughter to purchase the display. Rogers attitude and helpfulness was outstanding. He was patient and went above and beyond. Off to the lumber section for a 4"x8" piece of wood. Roger volunteered to show me the correct item, load it on the cart and into my truck. In short, Roger from the Redmond Lowe's made our morning. Thank you Roger and thank you Lowe's for your products and service.

The washer and dryer I purchased were supposed to be here Tuesday and the delivery was delayed to Thursday. The driver called and said he would be at my house in 40 minutes, around 1.30pm.
Nobody ever showed up, and nobody ever contacted me after that- but I was sent a survey asking how it went, so:
It went terribly. I paid over $2000 for a product that I was not only refused my military discount on, but was never delivered. This is also their second 'attempt', the first of which failed to even load my product on the truck because they 'overloaded the truck'.
This speaks to nothing but poor planning on the part of every Lowe's employee involved and poor customer communication on the part of Lowe's.
It's now 9pm and I have no idea which wormhole this incompetent group of individuals that call themselves a company dropped my $2000 through, but it's not at my house.

Contracted with Lowes for James Hardie Siding Factory Painted, Lowes Installation Sales Person and Contractor who I was assured was experienced in Hardie Siding met at Home to Discuss what could be done. Contractor returned latter to measure. Met again with Sales Person who used Brochures to show options. This Person is in Charge of All Lowes Installation results in little or none knowledge other than what is found in Brochures. Decided on different Siding options would work up price. Returned latter and agreed, Contract written, didn't feel specific and Second Contract was Written. Lead time was 5 weeks to get from Factory. It arrived and Contractor put off Start Date a couple times and then I'm told they have another Contractor who would do the Job. Was assured they were EXPERIENCED Hardie Siding Jobs. They arrived 5 men one of who, the Gofer, was the Interputer, Crew DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! First Day they Inventoried Material and Measured house. There was discussion if the RIGHT MATERIALS were on site but then I was assured it was CORRECT. I would learn latter ORDER WAS OFF BY ALMOST 25%. The Second day there was no clear understand what was to be done. There was no Porta Potty on site, DISAGREEMENT ON WHAT WAS TO BE DONE! Sales Person who was now PROJECT MANAGER told me the Customers provided their facilities? And that she had checked with the Zone Installation Manager that this was the CASE, but because the CONTRACT was SILENT they would PROVIDE. Notified that Zone Manager wanted to met at home. Arrives with Store Manager, Project Manager and her Boss. Jist of meeting, we know we off to a rocky start but are here to get this DONE RIGHT. He spent time with Crew telling them how Trim should be done. He tells me his background was that as a Interior Decorator? Next week he back and tells me that the Soffits can't be Installed as Plan. Hardie is too Heavy to Nail. Asked why didn't the first Contractor see this, was told experienced in Hardie. And the Second Contractor didn't see? Didn't think he would Lie, I agreed. Latter I would find out from a Hardie Rep, IT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE. It was a CHEAPER. Also told that Corner Trim hadn't been ordered and not enough time Factory Painted, would need to get and Paint. This was the first of SEVERAL SUCH DISCUSSIONS EACH WEEK I WOULD LEARN OF OTHER MATERIAL NOT ORDERED. THE MISS ORDER ITEMS WOULD ALMOST 25% OF THE ORDER. Trim wasn't done that had been in place before. The Trim that was being done was by pIecing boards together because the CORRECT SIZE WASN'T ORDERED! Caulking provided by Hardie was COLOR MATCHED WITH 15 YEAR COLOR WARRANTY to Siding. IT DID REQUIRE CORRECT APPLICATION, WASN'T DONE, NO WARRANTY. Worse it TURNS WHITE, the Siding is BROWN. CREW WE NOT PAINTER, NO TAPING, SLOPPY PAINTING, over painted onto Vinyl Window Frames. Gutters and Electrical was removed, Gutters were damaged. On the next to last day Lowes tells me they aren't REPAIRING nor are they going to REINSTALL! I get a email from Store Manage asking me to sign off on the job, telling me how good it looks and that they EVEN DONE EXTRA WORK! Contract required disputes be settled in ARBITATION, discovered this Arbitration DOESN'T ALLOW LEGAL COST REIMBURSEMENT EVEN IF PREVAILING! Also PROHIBITS CLASS ACTION SUITS. Legal cost could easily be $10,000 or more. Small Claims Court, discovered that Lowes was Allowed their Attorney who successfully argued that almost all my Documents were considered "Hear Say" and therefore not admissible.

Recently, I needed a product that is out of stock at Lowe's. But online it said "3 to 7 day delivery". Of course I assumed that was wrong due to the virus, etc. After picked the items I wanted, I ordered and it still said 3 to 7 days. But then later they sent an email saying that might be a delay. Well, there was a delay all right, like a month. Finally the order arrived, I got an email to come pick it up. The order had two items that work together and are useless without each other. The first notification was only for the first part. The 2nd part took another week. Finally both parts of the order arrived! I get an email saying this urging me to come pick up my order! So I go to the store. They can't find either part of the order. Sorry, in this day and age of Amazon.com, I find this really shocking and dismaying. It's pathetic. Like I stumbled into a den of morons. Even the US Postal Service can find my packages/orders. Amazon ships stuff to me weekly. But Lowe's emails me to come pick my order after an entire month only to not be able to find it when I go to the store. Sorry, but it deserved a review. They kept me waiting forever while they looked for the items. And while they looked there were several other people waiting and no one came to help them. I've had problems before with Lowe's in Redmond. This is the final straw.

If you're not worried about COVID-19 or if you're interested in helping spread this deadly disease then by all means SHOP AT LOWE'S IN REDMOND, OREGON. Today's visit was probably my 7th or 8th time at the Lowe's in Redmond in the last 4 months, and each time the lack of customer service has been notable. There are a handful of really helpful, professional, and friendly employees - but sadly there are too many employees there who are not. Today's visit took the cake. Not only did we see 5 customers sans masks - those 5 maskless customers were near employees who did NOTHING. One of the checkers even had her mask under her nose. What the what? So much for that Lowe's "See How We Value Safety" lip service. Another instance of flagrant disregard to social distancing and making Lowe's a safe place to shop, as well as impolite and insensitive - was a group of three employees chit chatting in the center aisle. Even in the Before Times it would be ill-mannered and not putting the customer first... but there was no way for me to navigate down the aisle with the three chit chatters hogging the aisle and not stepping aside for customers. I don't mind turning around and navigating via an alternate aisle, it was just so off-putting that they thought of themselves first before the customer. TODAY was the last time I (and my wallet) will set foot in that store. The final straw is because one employee decided to jump into a personal conversation I was having with my spouse in the lighting area and the employee then LUNGED at me to pat my shoulder. Not only did he get INCHES from my face, but he open palm touched my shoulder. I could barely back up and away from him but I was trapped. I said strongly "don't touch me" and he did anyway. He seemed confused as to way I was so alarmed and frightened of him. I haven't even hugged my dad since last March and then THIS BOZO GETS IN MY FACE. He was not a young person, either, and really should know better because of him being in the age group that is more vulnerable. Meanwhile, the loop of COVID-19 warnings/safety suggestions was playing on store's sound system. I felt so violated. It's hard enough being someone with a heart condition and having an extra layer of fear being out in public - but to have someone get literally inches from you and then touching you on top of it with zero disregard for your safety and personal space is appalling, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and just plain ignorant. Hoping someone that matters sees my Yelp review as I hope it will help bring positive and SAFE change. I will be sending Lowe's this review. BE SAFE people, and be kind and respectful to one another.

Rocky helped us find the stock cabinets we needed and the pieces and trim to finish them. All the staff and customers in masks and distancing for health. Very satisfied wi our purchases.

I stopped by for some paint. I've never painted a piece of furniture by myself before so I needed help too. The guy working was amazingly friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and gave me more advice I didn't even think of to ask. He got me all set up with the supplies I'd need and mixed me the perfect shade of pink paint, and none of it took too long at all. I'll definitely be choosing Lowe's again for my next project!

Just left the store. Needed just a couple of things. Typical cluster mess at checkout. Never know who is open and no line. Cashier was busy looking at her phone while ringing up my two items. Just awful but not surprising. Would shop Home Depot but they are worse. Wish we had an ACE.

We went to Home Depot to buy some drywall we needed to finish up our home remodel. After spending thousands there we were told they wouldn't help us load the drywall into our truck because they were too busy and that we were "big boys" so we decided to drive down the road to Lowes. We went in bought the drywall from Lumbar quickly and easily with no line. Then Tim helped us load it in our truck. He was very helpful and friendly! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. We will go to Lowes from now on. Much better service!

If I could give them a zero rating I would! We had an absolutely horrible experience at the Lowe's in Redmond. By far the worst customer service ever!! Went in to do a kitchen remodel and a bath. I had to call the manager twice because no one would call me back or even send an email to me. We paid to have the measurements done picked everything out and then nothing! Took my business elsewhere. Don't use them for any home remodeling.
