I am a 42 year old woman who stopped in quickly to get a sandwich in the middle of my work day. I was approached by a security guard who told me I need to wear my backpack on the front of my body as per the sign at the front door- a sign I did not see. I was told this rule is due to high schoolers frequently stealing from their store. Due to my backpack being incredibly heavy and not wanting to injure myself, I offered to carry it on my arm on the front of my body. The security guard proceeded to follow me through the store, right up to the cash register. I think he thought he was being incognito about following me but everywhere I went, there he was. It was an embarrassing experience and I felt intimidated. Not the best way to be treated. I am a middle aged woman with a big girl job and an ability to pay for my own food. This was an absolutely awful and very unnecessary experience.

This is a quaint little supermarket that is great for picking up any of the last minute things you need on your way out of town. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. It is smaller than a Freddie's, so it is easy to navigate and get in and out. They have anything that you might need from a store and more. They definitely have most all of the name brands and then some that I have not seen before. It is kind of fun to go in here and find new brands/foods I haven't tried before. The staff are always super kind and friendly.

I love this place. Super friendly staff and they do have some good deals and specials. Full hot bar too. Along with including a hardware store, they're one of my favorite places to grab stuff. People might say they don't have the same selection as a Fred Myers or whatever, but stores like this should be supported because we'll miss them when they're gone.

Worst grocery store in Redmond and that really is saying something if you’ve ever been to the Walmart here.
I didn’t think it was possible for a place to be so rude to their customers. ESPECIALLY in the bakery department!!
This week at this exact location 2 bakery workers refused to make a gender reveal cake for a woman who was celebrating her new child on the way and when the woman asks why the cake she ordered wasn’t made the 2 bakery workers started screaming and cussing at her and TOLD HER THE GENDER OF HER BABY WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SURPRISE CAKE FOR HER AND HER HUSBAND!!!!!
How EVIL do to have to be to ruin someone’s gender reveal just because you were too lazy to make a color surprise cake!?!? Then REFUSED to give the poor woman the corporate phone number (which is against the rules; if you work any type of retail you are obligated to give the corporate number when asked)
I sincerely hope this place shuts down with how awful everyone there is.
I can’t even imagine ruining someone’s gender reveal because you were too lazy to fill a cake with pink or blue icing!!! Shame on everyone involved in this situation!
