Trying to find a prescription that is in short stock everywhere. Was informed by pharmacist that they "only have enough in stock for our current customers"...I have filled with them previously and other Fred Meyer locations but apparently I don't qualify. Didn't know a pharmacy could hold back dispensing prescriptions based on customer preference. So this store has forever lost my business.

0 stars. Worst experience with the 3 employees including the pharmacy manager. Rude staff (all 3) who dragged me and my doctors office through 3weeks of miscommunication.

I've consistently gotten good service from FM Pharmacy staff. Having received many vaccines here, I also feel like the pharmacists pay particularly good attention to the "delivery" of the shot and I rarely have any discomfort. I tend to ask lots of questions and no matter if it's at the appointment window, the cashier counter, or in the clinic everyone has been attentive and helpful.

This is one of the most disorganized pharmacies I’ve ever been too. Rude on top of it. I can’t how times they messed up our refills. They won’t fill your meds on time unless you call and tell them to fill them. The doctor doesn’t put the fill date on it for decoration.

My medication is always hard to get. Whenever it gets sent in it always get delayed and pushed out. I call and sit through the annoying "please tell me why you are calling" message just so I can talk with an employee. Three times I finally got it to call in and three time I've let it ring, ring, ring and then I'm hung up on. Ok, so I go to the pharmacy and wait in line to be told that either they can fill it or they will never get my medication again...only to fill in three days later. And there is one pharmacist who is always rude and makes you feel like you are doing something wrong. Today was the final straw. I'm done with Fred Meyers pharmacy. Moving on!

The girl at the counter today came with an attitude and then failed to let the pharmacist he needed to consult so we stood there for 20 minutes while she refused to do anything about it. Giving them a bad name.

We all know how difficult it is to get good health these days. Fortunately for Fred Meyer pharmacy you have two outstanding employees who take care of everything as quick as they can and as accurately as they can. I'm sorry I can't remember the young lady but I do remember the young man whose name is Greg. This guy is outstanding in his job does everything for you doesn't make you feel ...stupid. he was patient knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to hear. This is specifically for the pharmacy. Fred Meyer pharmacy staff lack any sensitivity or empathy for human suffering. Not knowing anything about me the pharmacist mainly said there are 400 people ahead of you and you can just wait your turn. A lady at the front counter said to come back in 45 minutes for prescriptions that have been called in hours earlier. When I returned one of the two had been filled. They admitted they had the other one they just hadn't gotten around to filling it and I could continue to wait. But by no means will I being forced to do anything. A different woman checked me out with the one and only prescription I received. She clearly hates her job and communicated with his few words as humanly possible. This is routine for her as she always is glaring and frowning at people at her window when I'm in your store. When people are suffering a little human kindness goes a long way. The Fred/Kroger Brand should be embarrassed and ashamed to be associated with this pharmacy.

Routinely frustrated with this pharmacy. We had a prescription sent today and were then informed they didn’t have it with instructions to call them. Twice my wife called, was placed on hold only to have it route to the front desk who then routed us back to the pharmacy. When I finally got through to them I tried to explain the urgency and experience just to have the pharmacist cut me off, say the line was long and that’s just how it is. I know they have a tough job but it is not okay to provide instructions, have people follow them, and then get lectured about why they’re wrong for following the exact instructions given. Very poor service. Waiting in line for 20-30 minutes just for them to tell me it's not ready and can I come back in an hour. Never coming back.

Greg was very helpful for me. He helped me navigate the different options that were available to me instead of giving me a simple yes or no answer and then hanging up the phone like most pharmacies do. Keep up the good work. ?
