Do not go here is you have a document you need printed. We were in a pinch. I brought the document on my phone and on my computer. It wouldn’t connect to my computer, and despite there being at least 40 documents on my phone, it said I had no documents on my phone. I saved to multiple different formats listed as being able to be read, but still said no documents on my device. Sent it to my husband. Same issues on his phone. Associates were clueless. Hence the crucial doc I NEEDED printed at that time did not get printed. Such a disappointment and frustrating. Please don’t advertise a service you can’t provide. Do not waste your time or energy on this location.

Two times now one of your delivery drivers dropped my package off at the wrong address. What happened did they get lost with Tom Hanks on a deserted island? Must be talking to Wilson the volleyball

I just dropped off a return. The lady behind the counter didn't greet me or offer help. Just sat and glared at me. I then asked if I could return my package and she just stared at me and then with the attitude of a spoiled teenager told me, "I guess". Horrible customer service, avoid going to Redmond location if you can. She was so horrible I am nervously checking to see if my return went through to make sure she didn't screw with it.

Our last two experiences with using FEDEX shipping have been abysmally disappointing. Both were items being shipped to our home in Central Oregon from a seller on the east coast. In particular, the last item shipped to us from North Carolina was a perfect example of how far FEDEX has slipped from those early days when their reputation was made by fair costs, quick shipping and delivery, and first-rate tracking. Here is our latest experience with today’s FEDEX: The item was paid for, and shipped via FEDEX with a tracking number posted by FEDEX. After three days we checking the tracking and found only that it had departed North Carolina. We knew that since the seller contacted us with that fact. After another week passed there was still no indication of the location of the package other than it had shipped. I visited the local FEDEX distribution center and they were able to confirm that during that 10-12 day period the package had made it all the way to Green Bay, Wisconsin. FEDEX tracking had no such information. Knowing then that it left Green Bay we checked tracking daily for another 10 days and had no updates. None. Finally, we were notified that the package had made it to Troutdale, Oregon and had been dispatched to our region in Central Oregon. That is a three-hour drive, at worst, yet it took three days to make it from Troutdale to our distribution center. In all, a three-week trek from North Carolina to Central Oregon, and the only tracking information we ever received was when it left North Carolina and reached our home. Gee, is that an impressive piece of tracking software? Both UPS and USPS have better tracking services, quicker delivery, more reasonable shipping costs, and more reliable service. What has happened to FEDEX? My advice – use FEDEX when it is your only option. Go to UPS and USPS first and expect better service all around. But, on the bright side, those folks who actually deliver the packages have always been polite, easy to deal with, and efficient. Unfortunately, their traits seem to start and stop with them.

FedEx is by far the slowest and most inaccurate delivery system in America. Almost every Fedex package is delivered several days after its scheduled delivery date. When a package goes past it’s schedule delivery date, communications is terrible, there is no way of knowing why it’s late or when you will see it. This review is simply to suggest to all businesses and individuals who send packages to use UPS or, I can’t believe I’m suggesting this, USPS instead of Fedex. Shoot, have the 12 year old down the street use his bike, all are more reliable than Fedex.

Great pull over spot. Spectacular view of the devastation from the fire.
