Very impressive, these guys know what they're doing. Professional work and great customer service. Had my Subaru back on the road the same day I brought it in. Best shop in town, highly recommend.

amazing shop. xlnt is the best place to go to with your car/truck problems. teylor worked on my car a couple months ago changing the timing belt, my car broke down on my way back home from redmond which is 30 minutes away. i got a tow to xlnt. the next day my car was fixed!! never had any other issues with my car and it runs amazing after the work i had done on it. also got an oil change here which again, amazing work. please come here its amazing work they do. a lot of mechanics screw you over and make you pay 1000 times more than you should, this place has never done that to me

Wow! Lots of recent 1 star reviews! I've heard many stories very similar to my own and that is the reason behind this post. Please read: NOT a performance shop! Anything other than basic engine maintenance should have a second opinion. At risk for any approved major repair. This post is worth it if it saves 1 person from making the mistakes I made. Adhere to this warnings as these reviews are real! Wanted to sue $$$ but NOT even worth a lawyer. I walked away from this "shop" after my experience and didn't look back. Chris also stole parts from me which he used on his personal vehicle. Facts.

Buyer beware. This company is far from ethical. They mis- diagnosed my vehicle with a faulty turbo, had me purchase the $2500, non refundable part myself, kept my vehicle for over a month and then notified me that the lift in the shop wouldn't go up high enough to complete the repair. I couldn't find any other shop that would accept a part that I bought myself and learned this is NOT standard practice. Turned out that the issue was actually just a leaking hose and cost $20 to fix. I am now stuck with a $2500 turbo that I never needed to begin with. The owner, Chris, wouldn't even return my calls or emails to discuss possible resolution. I would highly suggest looking looking for ANY other option if you are needing your vehicle repaired.

Wouldn’t recommend this place I’m going to have to get a lawyer for them called about 15 times in a month to hopefully get some information on my car nothing they literally took my number 6 different times and they’ve had my car for 5 months now ain’t a fake review

Now this is a mechanic shop America was founded on. Not only did they fix my jeep on short notice but they also pointed out potential issues that could become problems in the future. Everyone was very polite and communicative. If you need great quality work for a great price, this is the shop you should visit.

Chris knows what he’s doing! He’s helped me out twice with my truck and I’m gonna keep coming back! He didn’t just fix the issues I was having, but gave me more power and helped with the longevity of my engine. Thanks for your great work guys!!!

Very thankful!
Marissa was very kind and helpful when my car broke down going through town. Between the mechanic Chris who worked on my car and the others people who helped my friend and I... We were squeezed in the tight schedule and are able to get home safely! 10/10.

Spending a week at Eagle Crest with family, it’s Wednesday, leaving Friday a.m. and my check engine light comes on. I make a call to local Chevrolet dealer in Bend and ask if they could perform a scan on my avalanche so I would know if it was safe to head home, 400 miles away and was told they were too busy (A five minute service) It would be 3 to 4 weeks out to look at it.
I went on to call several other shops, which all gave me a 5 to 30 day wait before coming across XLNT automotive and they were also busy but concerned for me, and asked if I could drop it off and they will perform a scan and see if it’s something they could squeeze in for me? I stopped by and met a very friendly gal at the counter along with their awesome friendly shop dogs who had a tech come out immediately and scan it to find it was just an oxygen sensor…. I then left it and they squeezed it in and repaired it by the end of that day! Had a few laughs with the crew paid my bill, which was an extremely fair price, had a wonderful experience, and a safe, peaceful trip home‼️
THANK YOU “XLNT” Automotive!!! This world needs more caring people like you all who make you feel like you’re a real person, God Bless!
BTW, The very next day Thursday, my son-in-laws truck was heating up so I sent him there and they squeezed him in on Thursday. They were too busy to get to it during the regular day so knowing he was leaving the next morning, or attempting to, they stayed until almost 8 o’clock that evening to fix it for him, so his family could have a safe trip home which they did ?
These folks are above and beyond, the best‼️?

My family and I were on a roadtrip and our van started spewing oil everywhere. I called XLNT and they said I could bring it in right away. They knew what the problem was and had it fixed in 3 1/2 hours (they took the top half of the engine off, replaced the oil cooler, vacuumed out all the oil and coolant, put it back together and filled up the fluids).
Great service.

REALLY!
First time I've ever had to fight about a bill that was too low! First of all, I'm in Redmond on vacation. Leaving for Spokane the next day when my truck starts to overheat. Oh great. Looks like I might be here a while. I call XLNT. They say, "Bring it on in!" So of course I do. I'm greeted by two amazing dogs that I tried to coax into my truck to bring home. No luck there. So, I leave my truck and wait for a call back. Finally about 4:00 they call and tell me what's wrong and the part they need is in Bend. They won't be able to get it until tomorrow. Oh well.... About 15 minutes later they call me back. Turns out they have a tech who is willing to stay late and he also found the part I need in Redmond if I'm willing to pay a few bucks more. Of course! So, around 7:00 pm on a Thursday night (they close at 6:00 I think), they call me and tell me my truck is ready. BOOM! How awesome is this! So, not only do they fix my issue, but they give me a list of a couple of other things that my truck still needs to have done, but I would have had to stay another day, and they assured me I would be fine to get home. Just have a mechanic check it out when I get home. I damn near checked into a hotel for a night just so they could do the work the next day. I was amazed at the bill. I was amazed at the service. I was amazed by their dogs! I hope I have car trouble the next time I'm in Redmond. These guys are the bomb diggity!!!! Thankyou XLNT!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and take your car to any other mechanic in town. Unprofessional is an understatement.

My partner and I had a horrible experience with these people. Gave us the run around and refused to even work on our vehicle with no diagnosis or recommendation to a shop who could help. I would never recommend this joke of a auto shop. It looks like many others have had similarly bad times here.
