Yesterday I went in right as one of the three ladies was about to clock out for the day. Whilst her and the manager where in the office counting out her till, Trisha, was the only cashier. She had a line to the shampoo isle and growing fast! It was awesome watching her keep "customer service face", converse to guests bout there day, ask if they needed bags, ring, check and bag all at once. Still finding time to reassure the rest of us that help was on the way. Then find something to smile about. Well done.”
