I normally don't do reviews, but I could not help myself in this instance! I needed a replacement diamond as well as reinforcement for the existing diamonds as my piece is very old. They did a PHENOMENAL job! Every person who works there is so kind and caring about each piece as well as the person who brought the piece in. I went to several other repair shops in town and they wanted to charge more than 3 times what David Haffey charged. They are fair, competent and above and beyond the nicest people in town! Please go here for any repair service and beyond. ??????

Wow! Super impressed. I had recently bent my ring out of shape. I did not buy it locally. The first place I went to to ask about repairs was right down the street. They told me they could reshape it for $100-$150 and it would take about 4-6 weeks. My sister, who is also a local business owner downtown, told me to go check with David Haffey. I walk in, show the lady who greeted me my ring, and ask if they are able to repair it. She took a look at it, went behind the counter and reshaped it. I wasn't even there for 10 mins! And to add icing to the cake, she didn't charge me anything even though I was willing to pay! I was blown away. This is where I will be buying jewelry from now on. Thank you David Haffey and crew!

This is a place to go for all your custom jewelry needs extremely honest . Craftsmanship is a step above proven to be the best in Central Oregon see for yourself.Dave his wife and daughter very health conscious.definitely a covid-free environment don't even think twice or when it comes to having custom jewelry designed and crafted.
