Last week we were traveling south on highway 97 in our truck and 5th wheel trailer. We were heading home to northern Nevada after visiting our son in British Columbia. Ten miles north of Redmond we suddenly had radiator coolant all over our windshield. We pulled off the side of the highway and searched for a mechanic. We found Dale through a Google search. We were very stressed, and Dale said he would see us on an emergency basis if we could get the truck and trailer towed to his shop. After spending a nerve-wracking 24 hours on the side of the highway, we were able to get towed to Dale's shop on a Friday afternoon. Dale made sure we had power to our 5th wheel so we could be comfortable while he diagnosed the problem. He ordered the new radiator and came in on Saturday morning to get the truck repaired and got us on our way home. I can't say enough about Dale. Everything he did helped relieve our stress, and we were so grateful to be able to continue our journey home. Definitely a five star experience! Thanks Dale.

Dale was very knowledgeable and had the equipment to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem we were having. He got the work done that same day.

I had a towed battery charge go out while traveling. Dale the Mobile Mechanic was available to fix my problem which made the rest of my travels relax.
He and his office was a blessing, encouragement is his gift beside fixing auto/rv problem. A true man after God’s heart.

I needed help with an older air conditioning system in my 2000 Ford e350 camper van that is somewhat unique. I was able to schedule a time to drop it off fairly quickly. Dale was great to work with and explained everything in detail and communicated about the job and costs with me along the way. I appreciated how quickly he was able to fix my system even though he was busy. He is super knowledgeable and I’m glad I picked him for this job.

Our shifting column had an issue in the middle of our 6 week road trip of the west coast in our 2014 class A Motorhome. Not able to put in park and the indicator on the column was 2 steps behind. Feared transmission was shot with just 19k miles. Dale got us in right away, diagnosed and ordered a small part that had snapped. Got it delivered on a rush, fixed it on the 3rd day and we were happily back on the Road with no delay of our trip. He calmed our nerves, fears and he and his office manager, Maria, took care of us. We are forever grateful for their speed, knowledge, honesty and dedication to providing great service. I highly recommend them for your mechanical issues. Wife and I were getting the motorhome ready for our 30th anniversary trip. When 6 days before we were going to leave it wouldn't start. Dale help trouble shoot over the phone we got it started.(Hammering on the starter). Drove to his shop asked if there was anyway he would be able to get a new starter in it before our trip. Work us in and had us ready to go in 2 days. I will be back. Saved our trip we had planned for a year. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
