I have banked with this bank for 30yrs and have never been insulted in my life when it comes to business...2 weeks ago I went inside as usual and I needed to check my account and made a mistake on the amount but instead the teller in reality should of called it but instead I was asking her if I could get a copy of my other deposits to make a long story the so called Manger at the time got involved and was rushing me and said I wI raised my voice when I did nothingof the sort because she was being rude and she knew me I do busines there ...she told me I was band from found business at there branch ..that's when I did call her a name but they were not being nice at all and I hope that can learn better relations with clients.

Deposited a check at 9pm told me the cut of for the day was 8pm and I would have to wait 2 day got over charged because Bill's dont care your not paided then they charged .me another 50$ hope everyone that works for BOH get nightmares and diarrhea

Went to Deposit a check and cash from a car sale- waited for them to open. Get inside and they tell me can’t open vault until Monday. It’s Friday- can’t do online- too big of check. Had to drive to Bend 30 miles round trip at $6.00 plus gas prices

Everytime I go through the drive-thru it takes a really long time before a bank teller comes to the window and seems like it takes them just as long to process the transaction

I went for Wire transfer and there were available 3 employees and 40min to close. But they told that they do not have enough time to to wire transfer. It is unbelievable bad service!

Terrible customer service at the Redmond, OR Branch-specifically the manager. He will help with deposits and promise part of it available same day. When you go to spend these limited funds... beware they will be retracted and he will do nothing. Furthermore, refuses to help if you mention that you are considering another bank. His words, “in that case I will do nothing for you.”

Would give a -5 star rating if I could. Just went in to cash a check that was in the Bank of America name. Charged $8.00 cause I don't have an account there. REALLY!! Just drove across town to avoid a fee. I'm sure there sorry though. Now I know why my dad called the Bank of Apologies instead of the bank Bank of America. Should be Bank of the Crooks! Not happy at all. Thumbs down. Will never go there again!

12/2/19 Had 3 checks to cash from same person, told it was $24 to cash them. Expressed my opinion to Jason, the customer service agent and he hung up on me. Jason should be running a mop, not answering the phone.
