Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
Overpriced for what they offer, I mentioned something I didn't like to the owner or "boss" JODYor Judy was not nice or understanding (JODY/JUDYdid my hair). She automatically thought I was gonna yell and act like a Karen but I was extremely nice and chill I genuinely wanted my hair fixed and cause no drama. I explained to her how I wanted the roots blended into my hair and how she could have just done the top as well. JODY or whatever her name is started yelling at me and complaining, talking about how I didn't let her cut my ends "you didn't let me cut your fried ends so no" so she felt entitled to not fix it. Like BRO how is she not embarrassed to talk to people like that especially her AND I was so nice she just started attacking me, the hair cut has nothing to do with what I was upset with I wasn't expecting that response at all. If she really didn't want to fix it a respectful professional no would have been nice.
I'm sure she would want that too if she was in my shoes.
For that price she should be willing to fix and ask questions....instead she does the complete opposite. So don't go there she can’t accept mistakes.

Excellent customer service. Elizabeth and Jody do an amazing job. They have never disappointed. Love the new location too.

Love coming here! Brooklyn has done my hair multiple times and always goes way above my expectations! She’s amazingly skilled and does beautiful extension work as well!

I can’t rave enough about Elizabeth! Elizabeth took her time to educate my daughter and I on proper hair care. Since going to Elizabeth my daughter and I both have beautiful healthy hair. If you looking for a great stylist Elizabeth is your girl! Not only is she amazing at her job but her personality makes the experience that much better! And did I mention the salon vibes are immaculate. All the ladies go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! 10/10 go see Elizabeth

Disappointed in this salon due to the owner's unwelcoming attitude and lack of care towards your hair goals. The place seems to lack good customer service which would’ve been forgiven if the hair service itself was any good. I’d advise going elsewhere to avoid being scammed

Axis salon is hands down the best salon in Redmond, Or! I’ve been driving from Portland, Or just to see Elizabeth Reeves for the last few years because she does such and AMAZING job on my fine/thin hair! Elizabeth always has the best suggestions and does the perfect job, I get compliments every where I go and now my Central Oregon family goes to see her!
