The price is awesome, not like $500 or $800 to store a trailer but less than $200. Clean, tall buildings with roofs to cover your home. Best deal ever! Plus double locks and barbed wire untop the chain link fencing all the way around, plus 24 hr. security. You can't go wrong on this place.??

We have stored our RV a few places over the years of having it and I’m so glad we found this place. Every interaction my wife and I have had with the employees has been excellent. Getting our RV is an easy exchange and we know when we drop it off it is well taken care of here.

My husband and I had stored here since they very first opened. After he passed away I couldn't come to pick up the trailer by myself and they helped me out so much and let me keep storing while I had it for sale and even showed it for me when I couldn't make it out that way. This place is such a blessing to me. they truly went above and beyond.

This summer my family took our boat out many times and we loved how easy they make it to get and drop off. They are always very helpful and friendly. We also did their onsite wash and detail after lots of trips Lake Billy and it looked immaculate. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

The best customer service I have seen in a long time. They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls. They are also highly receptive to meeting our needs. The location has easy access. I highly recommend AAA Storage

We are new to the trailer world but this place is so helpful!!My husband and I are still getting use to the whole thing and every time we come to pick up the employee comes outside and talks to us and helps us get all hooked up. We wanted to drop off on a day that they were closed and the employee made sure that we knew our special code to get in and they told us where the drop off spot was. Autopay is also so helpful so I don't have to remember to send a check each month. I cant recommend this place enough !!

They tell you in person, on the website and on there phone message that they’ll have your RV waiting for you with 24 hours notice. Don’t buy it! I called on a Sunday to pick up on a Monday. I drove 3 hours to get it only to be told I could have it Tuesday. They need to know by Saturday for a Monday pick up. I plan to contact the BBB and possibly the attorneys general office. I want my trailer!

I was charged twice for storage in August 2021. I promptly called and let them know that I was charged twice. They said they’d refund immediately. I also canceled my storage because it was no longer necessary. They never refunded my double charge and they double charged me again in September 2021 even though I had cancelled. As of this post they owe me $450 dollars. Hard to imagine that the two double charges in two months was an accident. Stay away.

Stored RV here for most of the year. Have been told we need 24 hour notice to have our RV ready. Wife called in Thursday @12pm for RV to be ready by 5pm on Friday. Here I sit in front of the building at 540pm with no access to my own RV, with ample notice given. No one answered phone and no after hours number available. Poor service after being told prior “you need at least 24 hours notice,” which is in fact not true based on this weeks events. Total bummer as the smoke was finally cleared up this weekend.
