I went in today to get a key made. The lady at the front pointed me in the direction of the key area and called on the radio for someone to help. Nobody showed up to help. The elderly gut working the paint area stopped and looked at me several times, and never asked if I needed help. I asked for help and was told that the individual did not know how to run the machine, and didn't know who did. Apparently they don't care to help potential customers
