I've had some service issues with this Dealership in the past, all of which disabled my vehicle. So, I'm a little pessimistic. I will say however that on two of the serious issues they did own up and covered all costs. I just keep my eyes and ears open when getting service and reviewing my bill.

Paul and his team in service have gone above and beyond to help us with our Ford Explorer. Amazing service!! And finally after 4 years of dealing with a weird sound issue, this location fixed it. And without begin demanding or argumentative. The staff is super kind and responsive. We are really impressed with their service in dealing with our car in the service department.

Love these people! Stopped in because both of my low beam headlights stopped working. I was ready to have them take it into the shop to diagnose the problem, when the nice young lady at the service desk suggested we look at a couple of things first. After looking, free of charge, it was discovered that both bulbs had burnt out. I thought it would be a fuse or something like that, but I guess it's common for it to overload the working bulb if one goes out. They replaced both bulbs for just the cost of them, no labor charge. I will continue to go to them for work on my 2018 Escape.

I can't say enough good things about Kendall Ford Prineville. But, please lemme share my favorite with you:We've only known the first folks at KFP for, oh, about 8 days. That's because, 8 days ago, we purchased a 2013 Jeep from them. And she's been great! Comfy to drive, very safe for our son (a new driver) to maneuver in the snow, and good mileage (~30 MPG). As I told my wife, the Jeep kinda looks like the old Cherokee we had, but kinda feels like you're driving a more comfy CJ.For 5 days, we drove her around town to get the hang of how she handled. And she handled great! We had packed snow, ice, dry pavement, and wet asphalt. She handled it all perfectly.5 days after we got her, I loaded her up with my drums (as I had a show that evening), and drove to Madras to go to work. She made it there, no prob, to the JeffCo chamber after (the search for the River Phoenix plaque continues!), and then to RDM for shift #2. After class, I realized I needed some tea, so I drove back home, parked in the driveway, turned the car off, hopped out, ran inside, brewed tea, kissed my wife, and ran back out to drive to the show.Got into the Jeep, and tried to start her.Nothing.No lights, no radio, no turning flywheel. Nada.I figured (as Kendall did later) it was the battery, so we tried to jump it. Got some juice back in the battery, but not enough to turn her over. At this point, I was late for show setup, so I put the Jeep in N, got our son to help me push it out of the way, tossed the drums in our Subie, and went to the venue, flustered.Jen called Kendall at about 4:30 that afternoon, and the rest, as they say, is history:1) Kendall apologized profusely and said they'd take care of it, whatever "it" was.2) they had the Jeep towed from our house (at their expense) not even two days later.3) they troubleshot the issue (they, like I, thought it was the battery, so they replaced it. That didn't fix the issue, so they kept working, and eventually happened upon the culprit: a twisted ground wire).4) when I rode back from work around 6 PM on Friday, the Jeep was parked in the driveway, where it was when I left that morning at 7 AM. Unbeknownst to me (but knownst to my wife), Kendall had done all these fixes IN ONE DAY.Kendall Ford Prineville, I have *never felt more appreciative of (nor more supported by) (nor more thankful for) you all. And even though that last sentence is a grammatical nightmare, I hope it conveys how much we adore you all.You can bet we'll recommend you to *everyone and *anyone who needs a vehicle, staring with this review.Hope to see you all at a show so I can give ya a hug.❤️,The Rule Family.

If your anything like Roberson I wouldn't bring my little red wagon there for you to work on. Got screwed major there a few years ago. Service department sucked big time and cost me alot of money.
